Prithvi is a young man with an idealistic vision of improving the lives of agriculturists in his native village. He returns back to India after completing his masters in Agricultural Science in the USA. He is a natural leader, with a down to earth attitude and a practical outlook towards life.
Pallavi is a cheerful, happy girl who despite being encouraged to study, drops out of college. Shielded from the harsh realities of life by her doting parents and brother, all that she aspires is a good loving husband and a happily ever after.
Both Prithvi and Pallavi consent to an arranged marriage after considerable research and analysis from both families. Pallavi senses something strong, deep and serene within Prithvi, right since she sees his photo. Did Prithvi also feel the same about her? What was his motive in selecting her as his wife?
