Red's POV:

I woke up bright and early and took a shower. After, I smelt something strange that Mom was cooking and headed downstairs. I found her in the kitchen making some sort of food. Mom has been experimenting in the kitchen due to her coming up with a new cook book. "Good morning, Red! How did you sleep?" She asked while putting down a plate in front of me. "Good, what did you make?" I asked. "It's berry poffin pancakes with honey." She explained as she walked towards the stove. I took a bite and decided it was amazing. It was sweet but not too sweet. "It's delicious! Thanks Mom." I said as I took another bite. "I'm glad you like it. I ran into Daisy Oak at the grocery store and invited her over. She's going to help me out on a recipe." She explained as she sat down with her own breakfast. "Sounds great, Mom. Daisy really looks up to you." I said. "I'm glad to hear that, I love having people inspired by me. It makes me want to work harder!" She exclaimed. I couldn't help but smile. I love seeing her happy about anything. "I'm going to Blue and Silver's house at noon. I need to get dressed." I explained as I washed my plate. "Have fun sweetie! Be home in time for dinner!" She shouted.

I headed towards Viridian City to meet up with my friends. It's amazing that I've met such great people in just a few weeks of going to school. I'm not as shy compared to last year, I couldn't even tell the mailman thank you. I walked towards their front door and knocked. Yellow answered the door and drug me to the back porch. "Finally you're here, we wanna know what happened yesterday!" Blue exclaimed. "Why didn't you ask Green?" I asked. I glanced over towards his seat and saw him smirk. "I wanted us all to know together." She stated. "You're only saying that because he wouldn't tell you." Gold said. "Shut up, Gold. I also want to know what happened between you and Silver the other night." Blue said scowling. "Why didn't you just ask Silver? I mean he lives with you after all." Green mocked. "Be quiet, all of you. Now tell us what happened, Red." Yellow said. "Well, Green took me to the Pokémon Tournament and after he took me out to eat in Viridian City. After dinner, we walked the route back to Pallet Town and stopped to look at a pond. He asked me to be his boyfriend and then took me home." I explained. "That is so cute!" Yellow squealed. "Finally!" Blue shouted at Green. I felt a little embarrassed but not really. "Now Gold, tell us what happened after school on Friday." Blue said. "It was unbelievable! I got home to find some robber in my house and I tackled him down and put him in a head lock! But then I noticed it was Silvey and couldn't believe it! He took me to my room and said the best thing I have ever heard! He told me that he loved me and asked me to be his boyfriend! It was the cutest thing!" Gold said excitedly. Silver's face turned beet red and looked in a different direction than everyone else. "Omg! That's so sweet, Silver!" Blue exclaimed. "Awe today is filled with so much happiness!" Yellow shouted. "You put Silver in a headlock?" Green asked with a smile. "I thought he was going to steal my eggs! I didn't have a choice!" Gold defended. Green rolled his eyes and winked at me. It was actually really funny, Gold is pretty crazy.

We stayed at Blue and Silver's house until we all had to leave. We mostly talked about kids from our school and Blue managed to get Yellow to tell us her crush. I remember her trying to get her to tell me and Blue at our first sleep over. She said it was Professor Kukui. He was an attractive man, I didn't blame her. Silver said it was gross that he's her teacher, but she didn't care. We eventually played multiple games including Uno, Poker, Cards Against Humanity, and Twister. I think Blue made us play Twister for her weird shipping stories. Oh well, whatever makes her happy I guess. Green and I walked back to my house with me since his sister is already there. Mom and Daisy have been making up a recipe with a Tamato berry for the spicy section in her cook book. "Hi Red, Green. You came just in time for dinner! Daisy and I have been working on it all day!" Mom said happily while setting the table. "Green! You came too!" Daisy exclaimed while hugging her brother. We all sat down and enjoyed the food that they had prepared. It was really good. I'm a huge fan of spicy food, but it looked like Green has never had anything spicy in his life. He was sweating the entire time and his nose kept running. He probably drank half a gallon of milk to get rid of the burning in his mouth. "You didn't have to eat it if you didn't like it, Green." Daisy said. "No, I like it. It's just really spicy." He explained. Daisy gave him an unsure look and continued eating. After we ate, we all went into the living room to watch a Pokémon Contest. Mom and I like watching them when they came on. Daisy explained to us that she and her old friend Courtney competed in them so she watches them as well. Daisy announced the she and Green had to return to their house and left. I wished that they could stay longer, I just want to be near Green as much as possible. Mom and I talked about our days and I eventually went upstairs to get ready for school in the morning. I had a few homework assignments to do, but they were easy.
