Chapter 7 final part: The hellish lacrama

Tikel's pov

We had been having more trouble with this froslass than i had first thought. "With that icy mist around her and the fact that liger is frozen in an ice crystal we dont have as much of a chance of winning." I said however ameta glared at me.

"We must win because of the fact liger is frozen and to accomplish this mission!" Ameta said in a hero style. "Your bravado is cute but girly it wont save you." Hyori smirked and made the air around the area colder.

'Crap this is not going well and i am starting to feel weaker.' I thought and shivered. "Oh what the cold getting to you?" Hyori asked with a laugh. "Lets make this even more fun." She said and then icy pillars started to form around us and ensnared kian, ameta and I in ice cages.

"The road will end here for you." Hyori laughed almost evily as more freezing mist encircled us. 'The cold... its making it harder to even think.' I thought and started to slow in my breathing.

Ameta was able to be heard quite well although from what i could feel, even her movements and breathing was slowing. 'Ameta we need to think of something, we cant last too much longer in such a cold space.' I told ameta telepathically.

'I know tikel but how? I dont have much energy left and i am highly doubtful kian will be capable to handle breaking us three out.' Ameta responded back. 'Hey im in this conversation too!' Kian thought towards us.

'Well maybe if we all focus an attack on the bars of the cages we can break out. After we do that all we have left is to take out hyori.' I thought. 'Havent you been listening we dont have the energy.' Ameta responded and i sighed.

'It would be better to die trying than go out without a fight.' I told ameta back and she sounded like she agreed. 'Fine.' Ameta agreed and from the sounds and energy i felt from where she was it seemed like ameta had mega evolved.

The cages cracked from the energy output we were causing. Hyori had been forced back after the cages broke and shattered everywhere. "Damn it how!" Hyori yelled angrily but i smirked and used air slash and although hyori wasnt hit hard by the attack it still hurt.

"You will die before you even get a chance to touch the icey lacrama!" Hyori screamed and an icy energy formed all round her and her form had changed to being more icy and distinctly ghostly. "I am going to obliterate you!" Hyori screamed again and a massive ice orb formed between her larger arms and the energy seemed to mix both ice and ghost energy.

"We get hit by that it is game over." I said and at this point ameta had no energy left so she passed out and kian looked tired from fighting. "Well then i guess this is goodbye. Know at least one thing... you drove me to the extent of using my ultimate move." Hyori said and i resigned myself that this was the end until...

"You thought that i was done did you?" Liger smirked as his fist ran through hyori and the fire punch started to melt her and the attack started to diminish. "H-how?!" Hyori screamed and liger chuckled. "I was conscious in that ice and while difficult i was capable enough to heat my fist up so i was able to melt the ice." Liger explained. "Now i say this... goodbye hyori." Liger said and then hyori started to disperse and the icy tundra field peeled away and we returned to the hall we were in.

"Liger thank you." I told liger and he smiled. "You are a friend and an ally. I am glad to save you and the others tikel." Liger told me and i nodded. "We will need rest after that ordeal." I said and liger and a very tired kian agreed.

We rested and ate some food from our pouches. "So then once ameta wakes up we go and grab the lacrama and then head for the final staircase?" Liger asked and i nodded. "Yes then the door to the adamant orb will open and this mission will be over." I told liger and he nodded.
