Chapter 10: The Timed Finale

Tikel's pov

We were still trapped within what remained of the temporal tower and with all honesty I couldnt figure out what to do next.

"Cmon we have to go and stop him!" Ameta yelled at me but i just stayed in this quiet state.

'What do i do next? I was betrayed by Dialga... he hurt my friends. My whole life was dedicated towards him and he does this.' I was almost crying but kian came over to me with a pained look.

"Tikel, it isnt your fault this happened but we can change all of this around. Time has not yet turned its back on us." Kian told me and then he gave me a kiss.

I was in a surprised state after he kissed me but I understood what kian said and so i stood. "This will be a tough battle but it is one we cannot afford to lose." I stated, i was still shaky but I think i know now that the betrayal i felt can drive me.

Ameta smirked and liger was smiling as well. "Good lets kick ass!" Ameta declared and i giggled a little.

Liger chuckled. "Save some for the rest of us my love." Liger told ameta and then ameta smirked. "Sure handsome."

Kian looked at me and i glanced at him with my grin still going. "Thank you for the kiss kian, it snapped me out of how i was feeling." I told kian and he blushed and flipped his comb.

"Now we need to get moving." I stated and started to fly in the direction dialga left in.

We went onwards and as we did the path of distruction had widened and became harder to follow. "Cmon it is like he is doing this on purpose." Liger complained as we continued onwards in pursuit of dialga.

"I SHALL DESTROY ALL THOSE THAT HAD FORSAKEN ME TO THAT PRISON!" I heard dialga roar out ahead of us.

"I am so done with this guy. He may be the time lord but we are putting him in his place." Ameta growled and immediatly after she gave off such a strong vibe that I felt as if i was able to be like ameta as well.

Kian had fallen behind a little but it wasnt as much a worry as we all felt like we couldnt keep going at the pace we were, though i doubt ameta wanted to admit it, so we slowed and rested.

Resting was a good idea at the time as I realised. "Kian are you okay?" Liger had asked the pale looking kian.

"Yeah i am fine just tired." Kian stated though i can tell we are all tired. What kian was is something called aged.

"Kian, you are aged... you are capable of only so much. I dont want you to die." I said out of concern. "So please stay back here." I told kian and then gave him a kiss.

It was as sudden as it was shocking I would do such a thing but at the same time the world is topsy turvy anyway.

I heard ameta awed at this moment shared by kian and I. "Okay but... tikel. Please dont die on me cause I love you!" Kian admitted his affections towards me and I felt my cheeks warm up and my heart rate went faster.

'Love... me.' I thought in my head although i was unkindly taken out of this precious moment due to dialga speeding overhead towards only what I assume a village.

"Guys we might need to save the love stuff for later. We have a time lord to defeat." Ameta stated and both Liger and I nodded.

Kian had stayed behind, however he did look sad as he did. 'I will be back kian. I promise to you that I will not die!' I telepathically told kian and he had an interesting thought back.

'Does this mean we are a couple?' Kian asked back.

'Yes.' I admitted and then cut the link off as we had gotten closer to the village that was currently burning.
