"Hazel, what am I supposed to wear!?" I shout. I have no idea what to do, I have had no experience in this field.
"Wow Dyl, you sound like a teenage girl" She replies.
"Well, I may as well be!" I exclaim. "I want him to like me, not think I'm better off in a crazy house!"
"Well, here's the thing..." She says with a massive smirk on her face. I laugh and toss a pillow at her. "But seriously, what should I wear?" I ask. I've narowed it down to three outfits. One looks too formal, one too casual, but the one in the middle is somewhere in between. It's a green undershirt with a black overshirt, black jeans and white shoes. And, of course, my necklace. Hazel gives a nod of approval, "deffinitely that one" she says, nodding at it. I thank her and shoo her out of the room so I can get changed. When I leave the room, Hazels eyes widen. "Dammit Dylan, you almost look attractive!" She exclaims. We hold eachothers gaze for about two more seconds before we burst into a fit of giggles. I don't usually giggle, I think the stress is getting to me.
"Okay, let's get going" I say and walk out the door.

We're standing outside star buck, and I'm freaking out.
"H-Hazel I c-can't d-do this" I stutter.
"Jesus Dylan, pull yourself together!" She exclaims. "You're just nervous, the sooner you go in, the sooner you can leave, okay?" And with that she walks in. After a moment doubt, I walk in after her.

Our eyes lock from across the room. I slowly make my way over to him, trying not to trip over my own tail.
"Hey Dylan!" Nick says, happily. Then he sees Hazel. "Who's this?" He asks. "I didn't know you had a girlfriend" he looks slightly crestfallen.
"No! No she's- she's not my- girlfriend!" I say. "She's my best friend, and besides I'm not really..." I trail off.
"You're not really... what?" He asks.
I sigh and lean forward a little.
"I'm not really into... girls" I say then lean back, my entire face probably bright red. This is so embarassing. Nick just sits there, stunned.
"I-I'm sorry, I-" I say. I stand up to leave, but stop.
Because he's kissing me.
