This story is the sequel of a fairy tale which I had named as Dragon of Mohenjo Daro. I would like to share some hints about the fairy tale and its sequel to give an insight about how I was inspired.
Dragon: Symbolizes natural hazards and fear.
Mohenjo-Daro: An archeological site in Pakistan which was a major urban settlement of an important ancient civilization.
Pashupati seal: A seal discovered in Mohenjo-Daro which is interpreted as a depiction of lord of animals.
The tiger species: Symbolizes fragility of wildlife. Fortunately, tigers are not extinct. In my stories, they represent extinct animal species.
Why Pakistan: There is a growing war risk in the world which is likely to become a nuclear disaster once it starts. Pakistan is a major victim of this unfortunate conflict.
Eqbal Ahmad: The man you see in the YouTube video. An anti-war Pakistani political scientist. His importance is to the same degree of the NASA scientist you will read in the story. Only if people had understood him and her.
