After almost a day of nonstop driving, they reached the ruins of Mohenjo-Daro. It was late afternoon getting darker every minute. There was nobody around. The sergeant looked at the historian's ashen face and said: "I am sorry."

A moment later they saw a small dust cloud lifting off the ground. It was a teenage girl running towards them at full speed jumping over ancient stones. She ran right towards the scientist and hugged her from both legs and said: "Welcome! I knew you were going to come." And she started crying. The scientist was shocked. She hugged and lifted up the girl and rested the girl's head on her chest.

A new face appeared from the same direction that the girl had come. "Welcome! My daughter has been yearning for you. Let's carry your things before it gets dark." He said.

The historian said: "We have two severely wounded men."

They carried their belongings and the men into a small cottage. There was no electricity but candles, a gas lamp and a stove. The father and the girl prepared a floor table and brought food. They all dined and later fed the wounded men.

The father told that he was a teacher and they had lost his wife in a terrorist attack at their school. He told that his daughter was a big fan of the NASA scientist because she reminded his daughter of her mother who was a science teacher. And he added that she had been following the scientist on the internet for a long time and that she had insisted to come to Mohenjo-Daro to see her.

The scientist thanked the father and the girl for their hospitality. She told about how they came there and how the men were wounded.

They were very tired. The scientist apologized to take a rest. She told the girl that the next day was going to be a big one. They cuddled up on the shakedown and slept together.
