Carl's POV
I swear Mr.Lukas is the only teacher that gives detention on the first week of school.Its bull that he gave it to Evelyn though all she did was laugh at what my dumb ass did.

There's no one here . like I said before Mr.Lukas is the only one that gives detention on the first week of school.

I look over at Evelyn she was looking for something in her book bag.Damn she looked good her long dirty blonde hair was down her back.The way her skin town complemented her eyes was perfect.Finally I spoke up"hey you wanna ditch"

She looked worried "won't we get in more trouble for that"

"Not if they don't find out"I say as I smirk

"Okay lets go"she says after contemplating if she should or not.

Yes I could finally hang out with her and it just be her and me without even really thinking I say "you wanna go see something really cool"

Evelyn's POV
If I was gonna be a responsible sister I would have said no but hell im always having to be responsible and raise my brother.Beside he's in good hands he's with Fiona and Debbie.

Finally I say "yea lets go"

We walk out the school and we're on the side walk we're almost halfway to mine and his house and he stoped and grabbed my hand and we start walking to this abandoned house it was surrounded by wild flowers.

"I usually just come here to think " he finally says "let's go on the roof "

I nod and let him lead the way we walk through the abandoned house and run up the stairs turns to the room he lets go of my hand to open the window and we sat up on the roof and talked .

The sun started to sink before we knew it he got out his phone and looked at the time "crap it 7:30 we better get going "

I didn't even realize that we sat up there talking since 4 we finally start to get up he hops through the window first than lends out his hand for me.

Carl hasn't really tried to pull any moves on me maybe a misjudged him calling him a womanizer or maybe he's just not into me.Surprisingly just that thought bummed me out .

He noticed "what's wrong" he sounds genuinely concerned.

I lie "worried about using Fiona and Debbie watching Colton and I don't want us to be to much trouble."

We stop walking he picks up my chin making me look into his eyes.God I love his eyes I feel like I fall in love with them each time I look at him.

He finally spoke "you two have been in our life's for 7 years now , you where here when Monica stayed to have Liam then left for Fiona to raise him , you were there for Debbie each and every time Monica and Frank screwed her over you helped pick her up hell Colton might as well be my brother him and Liam are best friends like you and Debbie the ones you have for life .You and Colton will never and I mean never be using us you both are family to all of us i may just know be really getting to know you but I know your someone I want in my life forever and I mean that "

I just sand there not really knowing what to do I just smile my eyes start to tear up I never really knew that he felt this way.

He runs up to me and raps his arms around me I mirror his actions I felt safe I felt like nothing could happen .In that very moment everything outside of our little bubble eventually I pull out of the hug . I test my forehead on his I look at him he's looking right back .

He places his lips on mine.I close my eyes not wanting to miss a single moment of this he wraps his hands around my waist deepening the kiss .I throw my hands around his neck I started rubbing circles on the bare skin on his neck . He runs his hand through my hair .This moment was perfect I never really knew I wanted it but now I know it's all I want .

Carl's POV
That just happened.Honestly I wasn't thinking when I started to lean in.The only thing I was thinking about in that very moment was her lips on mine and so I did it .

I finally break the silence "that happened " is all I can manage to say really Carl your such a idiot.

"That happened " she says repeating me she was smiling god I loved it when she smiled.

"Don't start mocking me now baby girl" it slipped I didn't mean to again I wasn't thinking.

She never said back with something along the lines of don't call me that instead she just said "okay now we really need to get home she says smiling at her feet"

"We were all gonna watch a movie tonight you wanna come Colt an okay with Liam in the boys room" I say hopeful she won't reject the offer.

"Yeah sounds great"she says

We both start walking to my house it wasn't a awkward silence it was nice we were just enjoying each other's company .

Finally we get to my house I rush over to open the gate and the door like the first day of school.

We walk in Fiona's the first on to speak to us "wondering if you two were coming home "

Lip walks out with a bowl full of popcorn I'm assuming for the movie.

I speak to mostly everyone in the room "is it okay If Evelyn watches the movie with us "

There's chords of yeahs and of course she can .

Fiona looks at Evey "by the way Colton and Liam are upstairs playing in the boys room "

She responds to Fiona by saying "thanks for watching him again"

Fiona replied with a "no problem you two are welcome anytime "

We both sit down next to each other and we all start to watch the movie.
