Hey guys! This book is based off "The Selection" series by Kiera Cass. If you haven't read them, do it, I highly recommend it! Anyway, this is my own take on Maxon and America's future as king and queen. And while I will be using the most of the same characters, the plot comes from my own thoughts and feelings after reading the books. Basically, the story picks up after the end of "The One" and before the start of "The Heir", if that makes any sense. Hope you enjoy reading the book as much as I'm going to enjoy writing it!
