Literally a battle of Dawn's love with Mr. Dance-y Pants and Ash "Osmium" Ketchum.

So, Penguinshipping...

There are a LOT of ships. Like, there could be billions and billions, maybe trillion or even quadrillions of ships. Ships of real life people, ships of fictional people, and ships between real and fictional people (#YoshixGary). Of every ship involving humans in fan bases I am in, there is one ship I hate....

That is Penguinshipping.

I hate Penguinshipping, I hate it. I don't know why, but I do. While looking for the funny picture, I realized: D*MN THERE IS A LOT OF AMAZING FANART! These are some of the best pieces of shipping fan art I have ever seen!

This ship is called Penguinshipping because Dawn and Kenny both picked chose Piplup, the Penguin Pokémon, as their starter. That's it, I think. If there is more to it, let me know in the comments below.

Why do I hate this ship? It mostly has to do with Kenny. This ship is basically Contestshipping, but in the wrong way. Kenny is like taking everything good about Drew and throw it off a cliff. Kenny is so freaking annoying. His voice, his immature attitude, and, worst of all, "Dee-dee".  Kenny is my least favorite character in all of Pokémon.

Now let's talk about Dawn. Dawn is my fourth favorite Pokegirl (Not including the 5000 Pokegirls in Sun & Moon), behind Iris, May, and Serena. Dawn is kind of annoying, in my opinion. She is not nearly as bad as Kenny, but she is annoying.

It is a childhood friendship, which I usually like, but not this one. I just don't see these two working out together. I see it  more as like a little High school relationship where they are really into it that lasts 4 months, then they break up, and don't speak for like 3 years. I think that would be a good Ikari Fan-fic idea. I actually want to do that now.

Final Verdict: 0 out of 10. I hate this ship, but writing this has opened my eyes to it. That's it.
