This ship was requested by TemmieCody and truunicorn . Ok, guys, I need to clarify something. As long as I know what the ship is, you can request ANY ship. If there is a gay ship, I will still review it, I just can't guarantee that I will give it a 10 out of 10. No need to hesitate because it is a gay ship. With that being said, let's get right into the ship.
So, Papyton....
Eh. I don't understand why this ship exists. Yeah, I know, Papyrus calls Mettaton a sexy rectangle, and he loves his shows, but other than that, are there any other hints? Not that I know of.
This ship is just weird. If you thought a Spider and a robot making out was weird, then a skeleton and a robot making out is weird. I also ship Undyrus and Muffetton way too much.
Also, they are both male. Now, I know what you are thinking: "BUT LZD, HAPPSTABLOOK IS A FEMALE!!!! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?!?!" Well, Happstablook's gender was never confirmed. Yes, Blooky refers to them as "her", but it was never stated in the game.
It is a popular ship, but when have I ever shipped something because everyone else ships it? I'm sorry, but I just find no appeal in this ship whatsoever. Actually, I guess the fanart is pretty good. I can't say that for a lot of ships I like, because they are unpopular.
I just don't like this ship. It's weird. Sans definitely would not approve. It's not the worst Undertale ship, but it is nowhere near the best. It just makes no sense.
Final Verdict: 3 out of 10. I don't see the appeal. Please don't slaughter me in my sleep!
