Our current competition is well under way. We have had the most AMAZING entries.

I have to say, I personally, am in awe of the fellowship and camaraderie that has been expressed in these poems. I am honored beyond words to be a part of this group of talented authors.

NEW BUSINESS:

A few of you have inquired about what to do with the prompts that I have been including in the Chatter. Well I am happy to announce that we will now have a separate collection to feature your creations based on the prompts.

Poets Pub Chatter Prompts

Will be up and going by next week. Any Pubber is welcome to send in a submission. When you do send in a submission please follow the usual format but also include the prompt you used for the poem.

For is week's discussion I would like to talk about your favorite poetry styles. We have featured many styles of poetry here at the Pub including, tanka, haiku, senryu, BLITZ.

PROMPT:

For this week's prompt choose a poetry style that you have never tried before and give it a go. But make the poem about Friday the 13th!
