OLD BUSINESS:

We are in the second week of our February competition - All You Need is Love.  We have fabulous entries so far, celebrating all the facets of love. Everyone can now send in your second poem, you are allowed to send in a total of three (3) poems for this contest, one per week.  If you have not sent in your first poem please do not hesitate to send one in.

The first poem must be 20 lines or less and must be an original (not posted on Wattpad before) and the other two may be ones that you have posted in your own collections before (but not in any of the previous Pub collections).

NEW BUSINESS:

We are already looking ahead to future contests.  I think you are all going to be very pleased with what we have come up with.  One of our ideas is to have you all make suggestions for one of the upcoming months.  So get your thinking caps on and start thinking about what kind of contest you would like us to have.  We will make an announcement here in the Chatter as to when we will be taking your suggestions, so be looking for that.

MYNA'S MUSINGS:

Staying with the theme of the month...LOVE, I have been giving some thought to fairytales.  So many great love stories have been told in the form of fairytales, Cinderella, Snow White, Thumbelina, The Princess and the Pea, well you get the idea.  Part of what makes these classic tales, is the struggle or conflict that threatens the love story.  To find great love you almost assuredly must withstand great conflict.
So with that in mind we come to this week's prompt.

PROMPTS:

Write a fantasy love poem and include a major conflict.
