Hiroto and Midorikawa have their own flashdisks which they would often borrow from each other (for work purposes). Once when Hiroto borrowed Midorikawa's, he found a Word file that he never noticed before. As he opens the file, turns out it mostly contains his thoughts with a lot of quoted proverbs. Even if he knew that he was practically invading his own secretary's privacy, but then again, a good boss should know what was on his employee's mind, and so he read through it anyway. The written thoughts consisted of Midorikawa's past memories and reminiscing them, his current feelings and how he expresses it, basically something much of a diary. And on some heartwarming thoughts of his green haired secretary, all he could do was smile.

(Midorikawa writes the Word file whenever he feels like it and when he has some spare time. I could imagine him ranting about him trying to save Hiroto's company while his red haired boss hardly does much and probably his reveries about the past and just remembering the good old days)
