Kazemaru works part time as the coach of Aoba, much like Fubuki in Hakuren (from what I remember both Kazemaru and Fubuki are in the proleague but Fubuki works part-time as Hakuren's coach I think, and same with Kazemaru in this case).
This headcanon somehow just popped out of my mind when I thought of Aoba, since the team only possesses one element, wind. And yeah, that explains it
