Luna+ Hermione

"Bloody hell Mionie where do you go every night?" Ron asked bewildered.

"Well Ronald some people unlike yourself go to the library to study to get these things called good grades. Now I know you probably have never heard that term before by trust me it's a good thing. Hints the name." Hermione said as if speaking to a child.

"Go do your damn thing then" Ron said agitated. Nodding her head Hermione headed off in the direction of the forbidden forest. Who would have thought that the little know it all would ever lie to her best friends? The only other person who was as smart as Hermione of course! Treading down to the forest Hermione heard people talking and decided that Draco was mad at Harry again so she darted behind a tree and carefully made her way over to their meeting spot.

"Draco this is wrong." Hermione heard a girl say sounding ashamed. She decided to listen on. "Look Draco I care, I really do. But until you can choose and stick with it you can't do this."

"Love, I am a Malfoy. I want it I get it."

"No Dra-". The voice was cut off by Draco pushing her up against a tree and kissing her hungrily.

Hermione took this as her que and stepped out from behind the tree with tears streaming down her face as she found the couple. Draco Malfoy and Nicole Shadewell. Two Slytherin pure bloods. Hermione noticed that Nicole was clearly uncomfortable and unwilling. Draco looked at her with a smirk. "Wha Draco I-I thought I c-could trust you."

"Your a filthy little mud blood who can't tell a lie from truth. Get lost I pick Nikki here. I love her and would die to save her." Draco spat.

"Nik?" Hermoinie asked.

"Hermione, you know I didn't willingly let him do that. It's up to you Mionie. I will admit I like Malfoy but I won't dare kiss him until I have your full approval." Nicole said sincerely.

"Awww Nikki thank you so much. Yea I trust you to keep that awful human being away from me." Hermione said tears still streaming down her face as she snuffled. Just as everything seemed quite the group heard footsteps nearing the clearing that was Draco and Hermione's meeting place.

"Why hello Luna" Nicole's voice rung out.

"Hello Nicole did that charms test go out ok?" Luna asked. "Yes i got an E! thanks so much for helping me practice!" She responded. Nicole darted her eyes from Luna to Hermione signaling something unknown to Luna before taking Draco's hand giving him a wink making him follow instantly back to the castle.

"You ok there Hermione?" Luna asked.

"N-no I'm n-not at a-all" Mionie stuttered collapsing on the ground turning into a puddle on the forest floor. " I'm useless no one cares. No one likes me and I've been abandoned completely by everyone. I don't know why to live anymore" Mionie said between sobs. Before Hermione could say anything Luna had turned her head towards Hermione's and pressed her soft lips on hers silencing her crys immediately.

"I care." Luna whispered sincerely.

"Luna?" Hermione asked unsure.

"Yeah?" Luna responded.

"I think I love you." Hermione admitted in a soft voice.
