Athena's P.O.V.
"I just don't know Athena all the signs are there but it's impossible vampires can't exist. They just can't" my sisters says pacing back and forth. "This is what I think. As crazy as it sounds there's always a possibility of something we think is untrue is true. And you know that it's true don't deny it Elena you'd only fool yourself. Do what's in your heart you think is right." I tell her honestly. "Okay. Okay I'll do it thanks Athena" she tells me. She comes over to me and we hug. She leaves my room and closes the door behind her. I lay back on my bed and sigh. Today has been a very interesting eventful day. I kick my shoes off and get under my covers and I just hum to myself until I fall asleep.
Elena's P.O.V.
I can't believe the stories are true. Vampires do exist. And Damon and Stefan are vampires. This is so much to processs.
The window is open and I hear a whoosh sound. "Elena please let me explain. I will not hurt you. I would never hurt you" Stefan tells me pleadingly. Still facing the door I turn around. "Go if you truly mean me no harm you will go" I say as I gulp. "I never wanted this" he says while looking at me in the eyes. I turn back around to leave my room and hear another whoosh sound when I look back he's gone. I run my hand through my hair trying to calm myself down.
Athena's P.O.V.
I heard every word. I hurried downstairs being careful not to fall. I make to the door and open it. "Stefan!" I yell. "Stefan!" I yell again. "Athena?" I hear him ask. I turn my head in the direction. "She will come around eventually Stefan. She just had a lot to process but she will come around. Just keep your head up" I tell him. "Thank you Athena you're very kind" he says. "Well I try but goodnight Stefan catch ya later".I say. "Goodnight Athena" he says in reply. I hear whoosh sound signaling his departure. I walk back in the house and walk back up stairs into my room. I grab a ponytail holder off of my dresser and put my hair into a pony tail. I get back in bed and get comfortable.
