Cast a spell on me

Storming out of his room, was it because I hated him for what he did or was I not ready to hear him out yet. 

I jolted away by the sound of thunder. I checked my cellphone to see what time of the night it was.

"20 missed calls from Sky!" 

This guy needs to get a life.

I dragged myself out of my bed for a glass of cold water. "Why is there light in the living area?" I said to myself without panicking. 

Is someone else in my hotel suite ?

I tried recollecting the incidents from last night and today.

"Crap!" I said tumbling on my heels from last night.

I walked into the hall to find Sky lazed out on the sofa reading a book. 

My puzzled look said it all. "Yeah this is your room. You are not in the wrong room yada yada", said Sky casually going back to his reading.

"I have a lot of question but I think I'll just go out and get some  fresh air", I said yawning.

I look like a road kill I thought to myself looking at my reflection in the mirror. I suppose a hoodie would do.

"It's pouring outside."

"So?"

"That's it I'm done with this" said Sky slamming his book on the table. " You think you can take off where ever you want, whenever you want after that stunt you pulled yesterday?  You drink until you fumble into your ex finance's shoulder and then disappear with him. You don't answer my calls and finally when I find you, you can't even walk back to your suite. You passed out in the hallway." said Sky walking dangerously close to me. "Don't your dare chuck that attitude at me!"

Seeing Sky so close startled me. The only word that came out of my mouth was "oh".

Sensing my uneasiness Sky moved back.
"Have you atleast thought of you? We are here for an assignment and if anyone would have seen you like that it would leave a massive stain on your career".
He picked up his jacket and walked out of the suite slamming the door.

I took out a water bottle from the mini cooler and sat on the couch replaying Sky's words.

Drinking- ex finance- sleeping over- passing out- stain-career. 

I have to get my acts straight. I'm never touching alcohol again." Professionally get done with this assignment and then get home.", I said to myself.
No personal problem of mine should be a hindrance to my work.

"Today was a lot hectic compared to the other days. The bride looked stunning. I hope we managed to get the best photos for our magazine." 

"True. The only reason I'm happy is that tomorrow we can go back home and I can meet my beautiful baby", said Anamika

"Even I miss that little monster, you should let me baby sit him more often. We have a lot of fun together" 

"I have heard those stories. You both are a dangerous team Abby." said Anamika laughing.

"Abby if its okay with you, can you please  wrap this up by yourself I have last minute purchasing from the gift shop."

"No worries. Go ahead! It'll not take much time"

"Thanks a ton, hon. I'll send the boys your way if I find them", she said walking out
