Little Authors note to begin with because I wanted to address something. Okay so I don't want anyone commenting that the only reason Vic was the handyman is because he is part Mexican because it's not. The story originally had Kellin as a maid but the plot didn't work out so this was the end result. Please no comments about his job having to do with his ethnic background. Thanks! Now on to the story!
Also this one won't be updated every week like my others but probably every two weeks until one of my other fics ends I just got excited and had some chapters pre-written so I thought why not?
Any comment your thoughts!!!

Kellin's POV
I grunted as I pulled my suitcase from the back of the taxi. I was finally home for summer break. Two whole months where I could do whatever I wanted and not be burdened by essays and lectures. I had just finished my second year of college and had finally decided on a major, well it was a double major. I had started off with a business major because of my dad. That was the only way he said he would pay fully for my college. It's not like we was short on money though, he just wants things his way and his way only. Around the beginning of first semester I decided to tack on a history major. I don't know if I would actually do anything with it but you never know.
I rolled the suitcase up the concrete walk that led to my home. I stared up at it. It was huge. Bigger than my small family of three needed. The house was painted white with greek style columns that stood in the front before being met with a dark green door. The porch was brick and on it sat expensive wooden chairs. The house had three floors, each with numerous room. Most of them were just empty and collected dust, which the maids made sure to clean up. It was a waste of space really. More than half of the money used in this house could have been put to better use.
But who am I to tell my dad how to spend his money. My dad was a character alright. He's the type of person you would see in a movie. He would be the stuck up rich guy who liked to show off his money. It was comical sometimes. He stood at a sturdy six feet, his once sandy brown hair was balding and he was starting to get a bit of a belly. My mother was a ditz, an airhead, a bimbo, whichever you prefer to use. She followed my dad around like a lap dog and in return she got everything she wanted. She hair was dyed platinum blonde, she was short like I was and stick thin. Her main concern was the gossip of the neighbors and whether she could try the latest beauty trend.
In looks I didn't really take after either of my parents. My hair was jet black, naturally light blonde, my mother was always jealous of it. My frame was skinny but I wasn't a twig and my skin was pale and I had these blue green eyes which were a complete 360 compared to the brown ones of both my mother and father.
I stepped inside and was greeted by a maid almost instantly. One thing my dad did do was allow the help to wear whatever they were comfortable in. He said it put them in a better mood. Without a word the brown haired girl grabbed my suitcase and coat and headed up to my room on the third floor. I had it completely to myself since my parents room was on the second floor. All the other rooms were vacant, except one that I kept a few instruments in. Mom and Dad liked their privacy and I liked mine.
I went straight into the kitchen to greet Miranda. Miranda had been our cook since I was around 7. She was so nice and I always enjoyed her company. She was the one I'd go to talk to about my high school problems, friend drama, teacher drama, boyfriend drama, all of it. She also taught me how to cook and if I could get away with it I'd help her all the time.
All in all I was always friendly with the help and I tried to do things to help them out. But most of them were afraid to let me help . They didn't want to get fired. Some avoided me completely, but that was okay I understood where they were coming from.
I reached the giant kitchen and Miranda was cooking furiously. "Hey." I said before giving her a hug. She looked shocked at first. "Kellin! What!? You're back early, it's not ready!" She yelled and I laughed.
"What are you doing anyway?"
"Cooking your favorites dear. Have you talked to your parents yet?" She said while cutting up an onion. I hopped up on the counter and grabbed a sugar cookie from the nearby plate. "Hey hey, only one you'll ruin your dinner.""Only one." I repeated and laughed. "But anyways no I haven't talked to them. You're the first one I've talked to. I don't really care if I talk to them or not." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"Kellin they are your parents."
"Yeah some parents." I muttered. "Anyway I'm going up to my room. Love ya Miranda."
"You too sweetie. Dinner will be ready in thirty." She called out as I was leaving. The blue walls of my room were peaceful and I enjoyed them, as weird as that sounds. I re plugged in my fairy lights, yes I have them strung around my room, and sat on the edge of the bed. I was happy to be home. Finally I could lay in my own bed and in my own room.
The flight and ride here was long so I decided on a shower. I stood up and I went over to my dresser and pulled some sweats and a hoodie out of my drawer. I laid them on the bed then went to the bathroom connected to my room.
My bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower, a big tub, a toilet of course, and a counter with two sinks. It was way to big for just me. I was grateful of course but I could help to think about the money that could have been put to a better use than a bathroom. I shrugged my clothes off and threw them into the hamper before stepping into the shower.
I grabbed the fruit scented soap, yes fruit scented my gay showed sometimes, and washed my body along with my hair before stepping out and wrapping a fluffy white towel around my waist.
I walked back into my room and after I was dried I just let the towel drop. The chances of people coming in were slight, especially since they probably knew I was home by now. I walked over to my bed and apparently someone didn't get the memo because my bedroom door opened.
I turned around and shrieked. I was completely naked and I had this gorgeous someone just staring at me. I couldn't focus on his looks that much at the moment because my mind and heart was racing. I felt a blush creep up as we both stood frozen just looking at each other.
"I-I'm sorry I just..." he trailed off.
I awkwardly walked over to my discarded towel and wrapped it back around me.
