The Golden Soul [Sans X Reader]

New Plan Begin!

  *Sans Pov*
We had both fallen back asleep, it was 2:30 A.M when (Y/n) had explain what had happened. We didn't sleep long, we got up at 6 and started thinking of a plan to convince Chara to give up the souls. I couldn't help but think that that this won't work. Heh, if I told (Y/n) that she'd freak. She's always so positive. 
   "Maybe we could lure her with chocolate." I said aloud. (Y/n) made a puzzled expression.
   "When she was still human, and not a demon, she loved chocolate. Would do anything to get it." She snickered.
   "Why don't we get a big box, a stick with string tied around it and chocolate. We set the stick up so it holds the box up and place the chocolate in it. When she gets it, pull the string and trap her inside!" I couldn't help but laugh at the stupid idea. We were both laughing. Then the atmosphere suddenly got darker, we knew it was time to get serious.
   "I can be bait." (Y/n) said.
   "Wha-what do you mean bait?" I got worried.
   "I can say I want to work with her, or give her my soul. But then you come in and we fight. She can't control Resets, Frisk does. She'll know it's serious if she dies." My smile grew a little then fell.
  "But Frisk and Chara are connected. If Chara dies, so will Frisk. But if we kill Frisk, Chara will keep living because she has other souls. Are we really going to risk killing Frisk?" (Y/n) looked down.
   "Actually, Sans, she's only living because of my Determination." I swivel around to see Frisk. She had a smile as big as the sun.
   "It doesn't matter if you kill her, or me. If I die, she dies. And if you kill her, I'll be ok. I'm DETERMINED!" I smiled. I could get my old friend back, I just have to get the freak to die. Her smile dropped and she turned behind her.
   "Hurry Frisk, before Chara comes." Frisk turned to (Y/n) when she said that, nodded and disappeared.
   "I guess we have our new plan." I said as I grabbed (Y/n's) hand and teleported us to Alph's lab. We landed right in front of her and she screamed and fell backwards.
  "Ow..." She said and she tried to stand back up.
  "Oh, sorry Alphys. Here let me help." She helped Alph up and I picked up the papers that fell.
   "W-what are y-you g-g-guys doing he-here? The next extraction i-isn't for a-another 7 h-hours." (Y/n) smiled brightly.
  "Actually we're here to cancel it! We have a new plan that we're sure will work."
*Time Skip*
Alph didn't really understand the plan, but said she would help anyway she could, so did Undyne when she found out. When the plan was all planned out, I decided it was time to take a break.
   "Hey, wanna go to Grillbys?" Her stomach growled and she giggled nervously.
  "I'll take that as a yes." I grabbed her hand to teleport us but she pulled away.
   "Why don't we walk? It's a beautiful day outside." That last sentence made my smile falter for a second and she seemed to notice.
   "Oh... sorry. I forgot about that."
   "Heh, don't worry. I'm gonna be saying it soon anyways."
   "Just remember what we decided in the lab. No killing." I nodded my head 'cause I couldn't even say I agreed. Just like Papyrus, she only wanted Mercy. We eventually made it to Grillbys. We talked and joked and laughed. But I should know by now, nothing good can stay. We were transported to judgment hall and when I turned around I was face to face with the red eyed demon.
  "Hey Sansy~. Did you really think I wouldn't figure out that (Y/n) and you were planning something? If you tell me now what it is, I'll hurt you less." She didn't know. I turned to (Y/n) and we smiled. Both at once we started to say, "It's a beautiful day outside. Birds are singing. Flowers are blooming. On days like these, kids like you
. . .
S H O U L D B E B U R N I N G I N  H E L L." Her smile grew, but I sensed fear. This was gonna be fun. (Y/n) took out a knife from her boot and a prepared an attack. I prepared my attack as well while Chara did the same.
   "Heeheehee... HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Chara cackled and the battle began.
