"Hey cole can I talk to you?"
"Yes what's.... come on I almost got you!.. sorry what's up?"
"We need to talk alone please." cole got up and followed me down stairs.
"Dalton what's wrong?"
"Nothing I just gotta ask you something." we sat down on some chairs that were down there so we could watch jenny.
"i don't know how you're gonna take this and I completely understand if you say no."
"What are you talking about?"
"I like your sister."i said quietly he did say anything his face went completely blank "jenny is so nice and funny and really talented and well really pretty.. that's an understatement I've never seen someone as beautiful as she is"I said more confident than before.
"Dalton you know your are like my best friend and I trust you I do but jenny is my little sister. I didn't tell any of you guys this but Jenny isn't my only sister. well she is now. 2 years ago my sister Liv committed suicide cause she caught her boyfriend cheating on her with her best friend. that's why I'm so protective over her. if I find out you hurt Jenny in anyway you will wish you never met her." Coke said I hugged him harder than I have ever hugged him.
"Cole id never wish I never met her she has changed me... wait does that mean I can ask her out!?"
"Yes but do it soon I can tell she likes you to."
"This is one of the best days of my life!" And with that I went up to bed smiling."good night boys see you in the morning!"
"Someone's happy" Will said to the boys.
