Chapter 17: from good to bad

---Dalton's point of view---

I went home when cole left. I was sitting in my room listening to music when I heard Jenny's voice outside the door

"Dalton. can I come in?" with out hesitating I jumped out of bed and opened my door

"Hey Jenny come in." I closed the door after she came in

"Dalton I'm sorry. I been acting do weird lately. Im sorry I never told you this last year my ex boyfriend john tried cheating on me with my best friend Katie. I guess I have a little trouble trusting guys with my friends now"

"I'm so sorry babe no guy like that deserves you. I will never hurt you. and you don't have to worry about me and Jamie. we both love you and never will be anything more than friends."

She gave me a smile and kissed my lips

"I know you won't." then she paused "I love you, dalton I love you so much." She whispered

I smiled hearing her say that

"I love you to Jenny" I kissed her on the forehead. "Come on sweetie we are going somewhere."

"Where are we going?"

"On an adventure" I told her grabbing her hand pulling her off of my bed. She giggled and we walked out of my room. We got in the car and drove to the marina where my boat is. it was an hour drive. we talked about everything from tv shows to our lives.

*skip car ride*

I didn't tell her we were going on a boat. I blindfolded her 5 minutes before we got to the marina. we got out of the car and I picked her up bridal style and I walked over to where my boat is. We got on the boat, Jenny is still blind folded, and we drove out of the bay.

"Dalton where are we going!? take this blind fold off now!" I unblindfolded her.

---Jenny's point of view---

I looked around and saw lights hanging around a beautiful boat. it was the best surprise ever. dalton was wearing a captain hat.

"This is beautiful. thank you." I said walking towards him. he was driving the boat.

"You're welcome babe." he said smiling. I truly never seen anything like this. we rode further out in to the sea pretty fast. Suddenly we stopped.

"Okay babe just sit here I gotta grab something from below." he went through a door, down some stairs where there is a kitchen and a bedroom. he walked back up with his guitar.

"Oh yay!! I love when you sing for me!" I yelled as I saw him come up.

"I know you do." he said sitting next to me.

"What are you going to sing?"
