Ch11. Suprises and promises made

Heyy guys. So we are currently at 255 views and I'm so happy. I'm sorry this chapter took so long to come out, I had writers block and so many ideas I couldn't just like pick one and make everything flow. My brain was muddled but we're back with an extra long chapter to make it up to you guys so I hope you like it. Remember if you do like it please vote.

I looked at Parker waiting for him to talk but he just smiled and looked like he wanted to say something but just couldn't get the words out. "Courtney." He said my name again. I put my hands in my lap, nervously jigging my knee up and down. "Yes Parker." I answered. I wish that he would just say it! The expense is too overwhelming. "Um, so I saw what happened this morning before school and I just wanted to say that what you did was pretty badass." I looked down into my lap and smiled. "And..." Wait, he's not done? There's and and! "As you said yourself you can date anyone you want so, I was wondering Courtney" NOOO! HE COULDN'T BE, COULD HE?! "If you would like to go out with me?" squeeeeeeee. Oh My God! He did! He did ask me! *stupid little happy dance in my head* "I would love that Parker." I said composed smiling widely even though my inner self was on fire and totally thrilled. I was excited yet a tiny bit scared of the unknown and I just couldn't push what Greyson said the the back of my mind. 'If you hurt him you have me to answer to'. I didn't think that they were that close of friends. For the rest of the night I was carefree and content. There was so much joy I just had to spread it around. I cooked dinner for mum, cleaned up afterwards, tidied my room, organised outfits, cleaned my room again, baked cookies etc. Man, I do a lot when I'm in a good mood, and clean a lot too! I bet mum was pleased.

~Next afternoon~
Everyone had been asking me why I was so happy today. I just told them that I was simply in a good mood. Parker of course knew why. We weren't a pda couple but then again we hadn't even been on a real date yet anyway so we weren't even a couple. We just kept it casual, like a secret. I hope he asks' me soon though I can't wait. "I'm so relieved that it's Friday today and now that school is over we can go to the mall." Breeana said to me. We were slowly walking to the car park. We had said goodbye to Greyson, Harmony and Alisha on our way out at the lockers and Max had frees after lunch so he left earlier on. "Yeah, I really need this weekend to recover." I said jokingly even though I was dead serious. "Hey Courtney! Wait up!" I heard Parker's voice from a short distance and I immediately smiled. Bree and I looked toward his direction and he ran over to us, which was like record time btw. He has to be so ripped with all his muscle and strength. He stood quite close to me but not too close. I didn't mind. If it was anyone else invading my personal space I probably would have backed away, but not Parker. "Hey, so I'm free tomorrow night to get dinner if that suits you." Ouur fiirst daaaate! Ouur fiirst daaaate! "Sure what time?" I asked him, both of us completely ignoring Bree even though I knew that she would be shocked and glaring at me even though she'd be excited. "I was thinking eight? Nothing too fancy, I just want to get to know you a little better." That's actually a pretty great idea considering he barely knows anything about me and I guess, same goes for me knowing him. "I'll see you then." I said smiling. Bree was stomping lightly really fast clapping her hands together. Lol, She's so embarrassing. "Ok, bye babe." He said before planting a quick kiss on my cheek. I watched him walk away feeling giddy not being able to wipe the moronic smile off my face that I've had for ages. My eyes were gleaming. When I turned back to Bree she was delighted. "I'll explain on the way to the mall. Come on let's get in the car." I told her making my way to her silver corvette C7.

~At the mall~

"You do realise that we're buying you an outfit for tomorrow right?" Bree asked me. I was so joyful that no one could ruin it for me, not even Natalie. Surprisingly I was keeping quite composed. Well, that's how I came across anyway. I was still jumping on the inside and my tummy had a knot in it but it wasn't from fear or anxiety. I didn't mind actually. "What about this?" Breeana asked me holding up an ugly, dark green dress with ruffles. "No way in hell will I ever wear that." I said with a playful hint of disgust. Seriously though it was horrible. "Ok, well what about this?" She held up a peplum top with a little bit of lace detail at the bottom. "Perfect! It's not too casual but not fancy either." I plan on wearing it with my favourite pair of skinny jeans and some heels to add a bit of pow! to it. We bought the top and went to get facials at a spa they have there. After the facial my skin felt so refreshed and I was so awake. We decided on getting a manicure next. Bree got matte black with one nail on each hand a matte grey. I decided on a French manicure with sparkly tips. I love them.
