Stevie is left all alone and she starting to get tired. Christine is talking to some guy and Mick and Lindsey are nowhere to be found. She gets up, flattening her rumpled dress and goes to find her husband. She walks around, watching as the marching band members are leaving. She hears murmurings of a woman with black hair and that they are looking for someone.

"Chris" she says, spotting her friend. "Have you seen Lindsey?"

"Honey, the only thing I've seen is the bottom of my wine glass"

"Alright"

"Are you going home?"

"I was trying to but I can't find my boys"

"I'm sure they're here somewhere"

"I'm sure. Thanks Chris"

"See you soon, love. Kiss the baby for me"

"I will" Stevie says with a smile. She continues to walk and she spots Mick. "Mickey!" She squeals.

"Oh, hi Stevie" he says, not looking at her.

"Are you mad at me or something?" she asks.

"No, love. Have you talked to Lindsey?"

"No, I can't find him"

"Oh no"

"Why? What happened?"

"Talk to Lindsey." Mick says, walking away. It was like he was stunned and it confused Stevie. And had he been crying? Something was definitely wrong.

"Do you know where he is?" Stevie shouts but he doesn't answer. "Shit. This is gonna be fun"

"Stevie Nicks?" Asks a voice from behind her after a few minutes of her standing there, thinking over her next move.

"Yes, I'm Stevie" she answers, turning to face the person asking for her attentions

"I'm so sorry" says the young blonde. "Uh, I'm Lucy."

"Hi, nice to meet you" Stevie says, awkwardly shaking her hand. "Are you okay?"

The girl starts crying and the only thing she can think to do is hug her. "I, uh...me and my friend Mary were playing with your son. He's so cute, y'know and I left him with my friend. Mary, I don't know if I said that"

"Okay?" Stevie was beginning to panic.

"And Mary said a woman with shoulder length black hair and bangs told her she was his nanny and took him"

"We don't have a nanny." Stevie says. "Lindsey and I care for our son ourselves. No help whatsoever"

"I know, Mick told me"

"What are you saying?" Stevie's heart is pounding out of her chest and she gets a sick, sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach.

"I....I think someone took him"

"Took him where, Lucy?" Stevie stares at her and isn't getting any answers or maybe she wasn't listening anymore. She sees Lindsey making his way toward her, pushing through the a crowd, and she goes to him leaving Lucy where she stood.

"Stephanie..." Lindsey says, an unfamiliar and unsettling look in his eyes.

"No, don't say it..." Stevie begs, her knees giving out as she falls to the ground in tears. "No, no..."

"Stevie, we have looked everywhere. Mick let a couple girls hold our baby and a woman came up to them and took him, saying she was our nanny. No one can find her. Our son isn't here. Someone took him"

"No, Lindsey, we have to look. We have to keep looking"

"We have. Mick and I looked, we've had security all over this place looking for him and we have been looking for the woman"

"No, he has to be here. No one would take my baby. He's so little, I can't leave without him" she says, getting hysterical.

"Shhhhh, angel. We will find him. We've called the police and the girls are going to give their description of the woman to a sketch artist. They will plaster her face everywhere. She will not get away with this"

"It's not true. Tell me this is a bad dream. It can't be true"

"I'm sorry" he says, crying too and he rocks her in his arms like a child.

"My baby! Why would someone take my baby?" She wails.

"I don't know."

"Mick had him. Why did he let him go?"

"He said some girls wanted to see him"

"I spoke to him and he just told me to find you. He should have told me"

"I'm sorry" he repeats, not sure what else to say.

"And you've been looking?"

"For three hours"

"Three hours? Why didn't anyone tell me? I'm his mommy. I should know"

"We didn't want to scare you if he was just with one of our crew members."

"What if...?"

"Shhhh. I'm sure he's fine and he will come back to us. The police will find him"

"Promise me"

"I promise, Stevie. Nothing will happen to our son"

"I need to get out of here" she says. "I feel sick. I need to go home"

"Breathe. Try to breathe with me" He inhales deeply and exhales slowly in an attempt to calm her. She tries to copy him and it takes several minutes to slow her breathing back down. Her breathing is still shaky and her body was trembling so. She could barely stand when he helped her rise to her feet and had to lean on him for support.

"What happened?" Christine asked, somehow meeting up with them again. "I was just about to leave. I thought you'd gone" Stevie falls into her friend's arms and she puts her arms around her. "Are you okay? Talk to me, honey"

"S-someone t-t-took my son." Stevie tells her, tears streaming down her face. Her eyes red and puffy.

"What are you talking about?"

"Everyone has been looking for him but he's gone. My baby boy...."

"Lindsey...what is she saying?" Christine doesn't believe it herself. Maybe she doesn't understand.

"The baby was being passed around and a woman claiming to be his nanny took him from a girl who was holding our son. She is nowhere to be found. A few people have seen the woman so the police are going to handle it from here" Lindsey was remarkably composed.

"Oh my God...." Christine said, a hand covering her mouth and tears falling from her eyes. "Stevie I'm so sorry. They will find him. What kind of monster would do this?"

Lindsey shakes his head. "I'm going to take her home. As you can see she's not doing well"

"As expected"

"I love you so much" Christine tells Stevie. "And I love you too, Buckingham. Even though you drive me crazy. I will keep you and my precious nephew in my thoughts"

"Thank you" the tiny blonde whispers. "I love you"

"Call me when you feel up to it. I want to check in on you from time to time" Stevie nods and leaves with Lindsey. He puts her in the car and she starts to break down all over again. Tonight they will be going home alone. There will be no lullabies, no bath time, no snuggles in bed before putting their baby in his crib. There will be no sleepy nursing sessions and the scent of their baby will not linger on her night clothes long after he has gone to his own room. Tonight there will only be tears and heartache in the Buckingham house.
