Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

My chest is clenched and my temples hurt and my heart is palpitating.

Relax. It's only for a while.

No, stop. I can't think.

My fingers are prickly and my back is sweaty and my breaths are forced.

Please go away. I can't handle another one. Please. Please!

I start crying and my body goes numb. I can't control my movements and I start thrashing wildly, trying to shake off whatever feeling this is.

I release a mangled cry as I concentrate all my energy into getting it to go away.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so frustrated, I don't want this, I didn't ask for this.

Please go away! PLEASE!

I scream for help, but my mom is not here this time.

I'm alone.

In a dorm room.
