Wanted

3: Falling apart

After slipping into my dress I was ready. I walked out and Shawn was taking a mirror selfie. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist.

"Wanna take a selfie?"

I nodded and he held the camera back up. After our selfie session we headed out. Shawn opened the car door for me like a gentlemen and we drove off.

"You look beautiful" Shawn whispered.

I blushed and pecked his lips. We interlocked hands and walked into the restaurant.

"Hey welcome to Oheras I'm Katherine and I'll be taking care of you" our waitress said eye balling Shawn. "What can I get you cutie?"

"Ummmm water will be fine" Shawn told her.

"You?".

"Well I want my baby to be healthy so a water" I said with a bitchy smile.

She scoffed and walked off. Shawn was chuckling.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

"You. That was awesome babe"

I shrugged and scanned through menu. Another waitress brought us our drinks and we placed our orders. I ordered some pasta and Shawn ordered steak. We ate and enjoyed being with each other. I never wanted this feeling to end

"I'm going to use the restroom" I said getting up.

I did my business and checked my phone. No messages. I walked back to the table and Shawn was signing the check.

"Ready princess?" he smiled.

I grabbed his hand then hopped in the car. We drove back to the hotel and I plopped down on our comfy bed. Shawn joined me and I rolled over to face him.

"I love you so much Shawn Mendes" I whispered.

"I love you much more Ava Caniff"

I kissed him softly and giggled when he rolled over ontop of me. The kiss became more serious and I ran my fingers through Shawn's brown curls causing a little noise to escape from his lips. Pretty soon our bodies were tangled together with heat radiating from each other. Shawn held me against his bare chest tightly and I knew I loved him. I knew I always would.
I awoke the next morning still wrapped in Shawn's embrace and snuggled into him a bit more than I was. I replayed our date in my mind and smiled widely. Shawn was perfect for me. I decided to repay him for his little date night he gave us. I slipped out of his arms and looked at the clock. It was around seven. Shawn doesn't wake up until around nine so I had time. I took a quick shower, threw some leggings on with a PINK sweat shirt and my vans then braided my hair and grabbed the keys to my car. I drove to the nearest breakfast place. I placed my order which was some bacon, eggs, two omelets and orange juice. After paying for the meal I drove back to the hotel. I hoped he would appreciate my small gesture. When I made it up to the room my heart dropped to the floor. A blonde walked out of the door and gave Shawn a kiss before walking away. The blonde had a tight dress that everything was falling out of and her heels in her hand.

"Hey baby" Shawn said when I walked in the room.

I said nothing and began packing my bag.

"Wait babe what's-

"Here enjoy your breakfast asshole" I mumbled as I stormed out of the room.

"AVA!!!" Shawn shouted but it was no use for I was already gone.

My car was at my parents and after my
Dad and I's fight I wasn't going over. I stood on the curb and dialed Destinees number.
D- hello?
A-Hey Destinee?
D- oh Ava! Hey girl what's up?
A-Hey so Shawn and I got in a huge fight and I just need a friend
D- say no more! I'm on my way. Saint rose hotel?
A- yeah. Thank you.
D-no prob see you in a sec.
End of call

Within a twenty minutes Destinee had pulled up to the curb and I got in her car.
"He cheated on you!!!!!?" she yelled.

I nodded and continued the fascinating little game i was playing with my fingers.

"You know what? You need to have some fun and luckily you have a new best friend to help. Girls night!!!!" Destinee said doing a little dance.

I laughed at her and we pulled up to a small coffee shop. After placing our orders we sat at a table and I explained everything that happened. She gave me a sympathetic look and I felt even more depressed. All I wanted was Shawn and as soon as I thought everything was ok or at least thought it would be it falls apart.

I stood in my room trying to comprehend what just went down. Ava had seemed upset when she walked in then she stormed out. I don't understand- Damn it! She saw Melinda {shout out if you remember her!} Melinda had somehow figured out I was here and she knocked on my door early this morning. When I opened she had the walk of shame stance going....smudged makeup and heels in her hand. Typical. She went on about how she thinks we could work things out and all that pointless non sense. I asked asked her to leave and of course she was annoyed but did as I asked. She pecked my lips before leaving and that's when Ava appeared. She must've suspected Melinda and I hooked up because of the past. I wasn't mad I actually understood. I sat down on my bed and ran my hands through my messy curls. What have I done? Just when everything was coming back together it fell apart.....
