De'Rico's pov.

"Family of La'Detric Nash?" a man in a white coat said.  We all hopped up. "Thats us." We said together.

"I have good news and bad news. Which one do you want first?" the doctor asked.

"The bad news." Sunshine said
The doctor looked down at his clip board for a second. "Ok. The bad new is that he was shot close to an important blood vessel. Good news is that if the procedure is done right he'll need
About 6 months of physical therapy. 

"What you mean if its done right?" Rodger asked.

The doctor sighed "Sometimes things can go wrong during sur-"

"Bitch my brother better come out good or imma blow this pla-" i covered sunshine's mouth.

"Please do all you can to make sure my nigga come out straight." I said

He shook his head yes. "We have the best team, and we'll give a hundred percent to make sure he comes back healthy."

Sunshine moved my hand "I want yall to guve two hundred percent or imma-" I covered her mouth again.

"Thanks Doctor Walt." Johnna said. He gave a tight smile and walked away.

I shook my head and did a silent prayer for my young nigga dee.

"Im gonna go get us some food from popeyes since we're gonna be here for a while." Milz
Said.
We all told him what we wanted to eat. I pulled sunshine down the hall. "Why you say that to the doctor? It was uncalled for." i said.

"I dont know I'm just so angry." she said
"Well you cant take hour anger out on him. What if he decided to mess up on purpose because you threaten him?"

Her bottom lip poked out and i just knew she was finna start crying. I puled her into me and rubbed her back.

"Dont cry lil baby. I understand and im just saying next time bite your tongue. I know Doctor Walt and he wouldnt do anything like thay but there are some twisted people in the world." i told her

She sniffed and pulled out a roll of tissue from her purse. "you sure?"
I looked at her funny because she real deal had a whole roll of tissue in her purse. "Yes im postive."

"..who carries a roll of tissues around?" i asked

She wipped under her eyes. "I do. I carry eveything. Tissue, gum, germ x, bobby pins,
Lip gloss, hair ties, perfume, lotion, SNACKS. Hehe you nammmme it. "

I shook my head no. "No. Thats lame now lol try again."

She rolled her eyes. "Cash me outside howbow dat."

"Im going back to the waiting room. Bye." i said

"Baby come back you can blame it all on me.
Ill be the reason for your pain and you can put the blame on me. Said you can put the blame
On me."  she sung.

"Thats two different songs dummy." i said as i walked down the hall making my way back to the waiting room woth everybody else.
