Chapter 5: The Awkward moment

It's getting dark and all I found were twigs. I finally spot a a log. No there's more! I try to carry them so I dropped the useless twigs and bring 4 logs with me. As I see our camp I hear something behind me. What could it be? Was it Ash? I keep walking and then someone tapped on my shoulder. I break a random branch of the nearest tree turn and hit the person!" Ow!" Ashton barked. Oops!" Oh I'm so sorry Ash, I didn't think it was you." I said. Now I feel embarrassed. I can't believe I just did that! Am I blushing? "It's okay I can tell you don't the woods very well"Ashton added. Well it was dark, who knew? We walked back together to the camp. Lydia had put the dog in the tent. She set out the food we packed." Well I already ate so help yourselves and I'll be with the dog asleep. Okay?" Lydia says." Okay!" I say. Ashton makes the fire, I put out logs to sit on. I grab a sandwich that Lydia set out for us. She was sound asleep. Ashton sits next to me and also grabs a sandwich." So are technically a princess? You know since your mom is a...queen." He asked, him and his stupid questions." Yeah, I guess...it's just I don't see my self as royalty." I respond, it's true though. I never would have seen my self with a big fluffy dress and a crown on my head." Oh, no duh, but I would never really see with a crown."he said, he blushed a little." I thought the same thing! I'm not really fit to be a princess... I mean, me? In a gown? I'm sure I'll just look weird or stupid..." I say, I blushed a little too, I mean I wouldn't be fit for that part, so much work!"No, don't say that I'm sure you'll look adorable...uh I mean-it's not that I-can see you in one it's just..."he says blushing, awww that's so cute. I can feel the heat on my cheeks... am I blushing too?" Aw thanks, but yea..." I respond, still blushing." You know we haven't talked this much since um..."I stop, "...since yesterday..."I continue. We both look away, we were both blushing." Yeah, I guess, sorry I didn't want to make a move yet"Ashton says." No it's okay" I say," Well... I'm going to go get a drink"Ashton said.

Now I feel embarrassed. I kept blushing. She's just so cute. I love her. I stand up to go get a drink but then...*THUMP!* I didn't watch where I was going I fell in top of her. Now I've done it! I'm so clumsy. I can't believe what I just did. I'm blushing so red right now!" Uh Ash?" Ellie says, as I look up, our faces were so close, she was blushing too. This is awkward... I'm so embarrassed." Sorry I was watching where I was going" I say, trying to get up, leave my hand to help her and I go get my drink. It was water. I sit back down and her sandwich crust falls. I try to pick it back up but her hand was also there. We both look up and then... we kiss. I think things got more awkward.

I'm blushing so red right now! So first he falls on top of me and then we kiss?!? How can I live my life. His lips were so soft but we did have to stop. I lean away and look at him." Uh...what was...that?" I ask, hopefully I don't make Ash feel bad." Sorry...it was my mistake."Ashton says, but no it was our mistake how could he just blame himself? It was not just his fault. It was also mine!" No it was our mistake but I'm okay with it. What does his mean now?" I say, more confidently. He smiles. We hug and gives me a kiss in the cheek. Now I'm really blushing. I love him." How about we talk about it tomorrow? Okay? Good night."he replied. I smile and give him a quick kiss. What does this mean for us. Am I ready for a relationship? I go to my tent and lie next to my new dog. I lay there just thinking about what just happened. This was awkward. But cute...
