Chapter 3: My First Adventure awaits!?!

As soon as I open the door Lydia noticed my red face and asked me,"Ashton?". How did she know! Am I still blushing. I feel my forehead and I'm burning." How did you know?" I ask. " "Well you only blush when something happens between you two...What happened?" She responds. I tell her,"H-he k-kk-..." I stop. How will she react when I tell her Ashton kissed me! Will she be all overprotective like she always is or what?" K-Kk-k what?!" She asks." HE KISSED ME!" I automatically blurt out! What did I just do? Did Ashton hear me? Was I really loud!" He what!?! Are you serious?" She says surprised but then calmer. How come she didn't say,'Missy you can't fool me with that joke!' I'm confused. I nod to her question. She squeals in excitement and hugs me. Why did she do this does she...support ME! That means I could date him, well if he ever asked." Yeah, but nothing else happened after that." I say with a frown. Lydia looks at me trying to figure out,' how can I make her feel better!'." Hey it'll be okay, for now go to your room and do something random, dinner will be ready in 30 minutes, okay?!" She says." Yeah, I guess." I respond. I go up to my room and open the book again.

Flora paces back and forth, wondering to herself like if her secret came loose, which it did. She stops pacing and gets a paper and quill . She begins to write a message. A very important one, since she is now queen. She looks for a snow pigeon, she spots one and lures it to her window. She rolls up the paper and ties a ribbon around it. She uses the extra ribbon to tie the note on the pigeon's foot. Flora stares at the pigeon and tells it,"Pigeon, oh pigeon. Take this message to Lydia and make sure she reads then you will return and tell me her reaction or if she writes back. Now go on now, you enchanting creature.

I get bored of reading many, many chapters on both, book and mom's journal. I take a second to think, then I realize,... I'M A PRINCESS!?! I wouldn't never have thought it that way I need to think more. I close both books and then grab my towels and light blue robe I turn on the tub. Close and lock the door. I begin my bath.

A pigeon knocks on the the window. I notice the gorgeous bird and open the window. It flies in with a note attached to its leg. I take it off and read it. It's from Queen Flora! I unroll the note it's a message! It says, 
Lydia,
I have this bizarre feeling that... I feel like Eligard knows her past and her backstory. Please Lydia I'm really worried write me back and let me know if she knows now. He spell had to wore off this morning. Does she know everything now?! Does she have powers?! If she does please inform me and send her on The Quest. You know what happens if she finds out she has to look for me. They have to reunite! Best wishes Lydia.

Oh dear I must tell her Ellie knows! I must simply write back! I look at the precious bird and give it a piece of our loaf of bread. As the pigeon eats I get a sheet of paper and grab my lucky quills. I begin to write about how Ellie found out and how it came to be. Hopefully she doesn't worry to much. I must inform Ellie too! Help her pack for the trip and all. I roll the paper and use the same ribbon to tie around and on the pigeon's leg. The pigeon flies away in the distance to the kingdom.

I go out the bathroom and change into my white silk pajamas. They are so comfy! In fact I love how they make me feel cool inside. As I put the books away I make my bed and all of a sudden I look at the ceiling. I stare at it actually. Then I use my ice powers to patch it up. Out of nowhere, Lydia storms into my bedroom and looks in my drawers and then my closet," What are you looking for? And why is it in my bedroom." I ask in such confusion." Well you see since you now know about...everything. Your mother felt worried so she decided to write a note to see if you knew now! So... I wrote back and told her yes! Also I forgot to tell you...since you know... there are consequences!?!" She says very nervously." What consequences?" I ask. What does she mean. Lydia is very hard to understand when she is nervous!" Well now that you know,  you have to go back and find your mother and reunite with your sisters!" Lydia responds. " Oh...what does that have to do with you searching for something in my room?" I ask. So she tells me why she has to be in here, but not why she's here?! Why is going back a consequence? I think it's opportunity for me to finally have my mom with me!" Well you have to pack for the trip! Do you have a backpack or two. You need to be packing for the trip okay! Hurry! We leave tomorrow morning!" Lydia answered. I nod my head and show her my gray backpack and light blue one too. We pack clothing, food, a tent, and the books... well maybe I needed to study more? Also, last but not least, we obviously pack my amulet. Before I put it in my backpack, Lydia stops me. She tells me," Put it on... you never no what could happen in that forest and not the mystical one. The mysterious one. It's a really long trip! Go ahead put it on..." I decided I should. I put it on and I feel more confident now. So it's a long trip...no wonder we had to pack so...much! I look at Lydia and she smiles at me, I smile back! It was really late! It was 1 in the morning!

I only had 2 hours of sleep. Lydia says we have to be up before the sun rises. So she woke me up at 3! We put on our backpacks on and have a heavy breakfast. It was so good! I would've missed this but there's probably a feast in the castle! We clean up and I get my snow boots on and hand Lydia's to her." Thank you Ellie!" She says like if she were saying goodbye? I wonder why?" No problem Lydia!" I say with a smile. As I open the door, Lydia get the keys to the cabin and the closes it and locks it she puts the keys in her backpack, that I lend her. On our way out I see Ashton!?! Oh no! Why!?!" Are you guys going hiking?" He asked us. I look away. Lydia noticed...so did Ashton." No, actually we are going on a journey, actually, a long one!" She says enthusiastically! She's trying to make me feel comfortable. How! My crush knows I have a crush on him and we just kissed yesterday and now we're leaving and I don't even know how he'll react!?!" Oh...for what?" He asked. He is always the kind of guy that will start to ask a lot of questions!" Well what I told you yesterday, about my mom...the Queen...and my sisters...I have to go back and be there for them!" I finally say." Wow that's really epic good luck and I guess goodbye" He says, he comes up to me and hugs me tightly...I begin to cry and he starts to he looks at me and wipes my tears away. I'm really going to miss him! He's my best friend! I don't want to go. I think I know why this is a consequence! Lydia looks at us. She hesitates and then speaks," If you want you can come just pack real quick, like a backpack full." Why! No! He can't come it would make everything uncomfortable! Please say no. He stops hugging me. Wipes his tears away and smiles." Okay, I'll go pack and my mom won't mind!" He responds happily. He's so happy maybe this isn't a consequence after all.

Ashton is done packing and off we go in to the still dark mysterious forest. It's 3:50am and the sun is still down. We're still walking and than I hear whimpering. What was it? Is it hurt? Poor thing I stop to look in the moving bush where the whimpers came from. It's a dog!
