We sit I in the ice bench I created and talk for a while. We get up and walk to a snowed tree and stand there for a while. Then... we look straight at each other... for a very... very long time he feels my braid and brings his hand to my cheek. He pulls me closer... to close in fact I'm okay with it. His eyes sparkle like the light and shine of the snow. We keep staring at each other then out of no where he leans close and ... kisses me on my soft, cold lips. It felt incredible, like heat just rushed through me. It was completely new to me. It was my first kiss I've always saved my lips for...him. He took it and I'm glad. We stop the next moment. I will remember this for the rest of my ... eternity. We stare again and he smiles at me. He's blushing! Does he ... feel ... the same? I feel like I'm burning in the inside...OH NO! Am I blushing! We both turn away. He's still blushing! Why am I excited will he be my boyfriend?! What are you thinking Ellie! Of course not! Well he did kiss "me". He turns back and puts his hand on my shoulders . I blushed a bit more." Sorry I sort of ...got caught up ...in the moment." He nervously says. I turn around, still blushing, and we hug. I hesitate then speak," Do you... umm ..." I stop. I don't want to ask the question it's too uncomfortable. I don't want to embarrass him. If only I knew what he was thinking right now!

I've never seemed Ellie turned so red before. But I feel confused...why did I just do that!! What was she about to say. Does she think I like her in that way? It's true though... how do I tell her.*sigh* Just risk it tell her!

The silence breaks when I finally turn around and he says," I have a big confession...it has bothered me ever since the middle school dance. I suddenly remembered the dance! It was the time I realized my feelings for him

We were just 12 it was the 7th grade. We were best friends and since me and him didn't really care about it we just decided to go together... well as friends until... someone accidentally bumped into him and made him kiss my cheek. We were both blushing like crazy! A slow dance came on and we danced that night. He apparently stopped blushing...but I was so red the punch wasn't even the brightest thing you could see! When it was over I realized that I had a crush on him. I told my self' I have a crush on my best friend!' I freaked out and it remained secret until now.

I'm done with secrets. My life was one even before I was born! He has to know! *sigh* " Look Ellie... there is something I need to tell you at the frosty dance from 7th grade I realized that..." Ashton stops. I'm worried. I interrupt," Well I have feelings for you and I can't help but not tell you, not after what happened!". " I also have feelings for you but I don't know what to do next?" Awkward silence broke through we turn away, wave goodbye and walk back home.
