So I think I was just added into the group chat that everyone had been talking about?
To make sure, I typed a quick message.
Me: hello? Willow: hey! I quickly made contacts for them all. I was kind of excited that I was added especially since everyone wants to be added so badly. Maybe I can get them to add Olivia? I bet she would love to be in the group chat.
Me: I feel honoured to be added Kaitlyn: you should Cassidy: it's a big privilege Dylan: cool kids only 😂 Willow: you have to tell me about u and Olivia Me: first tell me if you're okay. It was cool being in the group chat, but my screen was blowing up with messages and I could barely read them fast enough. I decided to mute my phone and get ready for my date with Olivia. We were just going to the movies and getting food afterwards but for some reason I felt really nervous. I grabbed my keys and quickly said a good bye to my parents before getting into my car and driving to Olivia's house.
I reached her front step and was just about to knock on the door when the door swung open.
"Let's go." Olivia said briskly while shutting the door behind her. She grabbed onto my wrist and pulled me towards the car.
"Someone's a bit eager." I laughed.

The movie was alright. It was some romantic comedy about an astronaut and surfer girl that came from two different worlds. Olivia seemed really absorbed with the movie but I still managed to snake my arm around her shoulders. Afterwards we ate fish and chips on the beach. It was actually a really great night.
After our date ended, I drove Olivia home.
"Can I walk you to your door?" I asked, hoping desperately that she would say yes. She nodded shyly and hopped out of my car. I followed her towards her house in silence and we stopped as we got to the door step.
"Thanks, I had a lot of fun tonight." She smiled as her gaze dropped to the ground.
"Me too." I said. It was cute how shy she was.
She looked up at me and we stared into each other eyes. I realised how close we were. Our feet were just touching and our faces were centimetres apart.
I really wanted to kiss her.
She leaned in and kissed me on the cheek. Her touch left a tingling sensation on my face and I smiled like an idiot.
"Bye." She whispered and slipped in through her front door.
