Thalia's P.O.V.

I was just standing beside a tall table in Flint's party as I told Jasper to interact with some of his friends since I feel bad that he needs to watch me, he's not my bodyguard but he insisted to go. I threatened him that I'll leave ifhe won't so he told me just to stay beside the tall table, the one used in the bar and clubs.

"Thalia? Dear?" Someone called my name I looked over my shoulder and saw familiar faces which brings a smile on me.

"Oh! Mr. and Mrs. Lee, it's nice you see you again" I greeted them in a bezo style, the one used in Paris.

"Likewise, are you with Jasper?" Mr. Lee asked as I nod my head and went to look for him because I told him to shoo away from me for a while.

"Ah yes, I think he's still with Flint, do you want me to find him?"

"There's no need for that" Mrs. Lee was staring at something, preferably someone behind me, I turned around and saw Jasper going back to where I am. It's just been 5 minutes then he came back here again? Am I a child that can be lost?

"I'm not informed that you'll bring Thalia here, I should've bought her a dress and walked around the mall" I chuckled silently as Mrs. Lee's shopping spirit came to life. She must be a fashionista because she's very interested in clothes especially in gowns, she's wearing a very beautiful purple gown that I can't really describe.

"Mom, Thalia doesn't really like shopping so I just asked her to pick a dress she likes" Jasper argued in which brings a smile on my lips.

"Still, I could've spend some time with her yesterday"

"Don't be persistent my love, maybe Jasper and Thalia had a fun date yesterday" Mr. Lee smiled as his wife then squealled in excitement.

"Oh it wasn't a date sir" I denied shyly as I shooked my head and kept on looking down while the whole family errupted in laugher, I just hope I didn't lookg dumb that time.

"Well then, it's already 10 and girls aren't allowed to go outside their house. Jasper, let's take Thalia and send her home" Mr. Lee uttered as he looked at his watch and me in alarm, Jasper wrapped his arm on my waist as I felt a bit consious. He never warns me when he's going to do something to me, I should atleast try to talk to him for a bit regarding that matter.

"I can do that dad, you can just directly go home and sleep" I looked at Jasper's parents as I noticed that they were looking a bit gloomy, they must be really tired from gatherings like this. On the other hand, I felt proud that Jasper is taking care of his parents especially in stressful occasions like this.

"Nope, besides I want to meet Thalia's parents. It'll be good if we can get to know the person who raised her to be polite and beautiful" I blushed at Mrs. Lee's last words, others praise me for my outer look but I also want them to get to know the real me. I want them to get to know me because I have an interesting personality.

"Is that okay Lia?" I felt tinggles on my back as I knew Jasper was trailing his fingers from my neck to the middle of my spine, if I haven't known Jasper until now I would've hit him because he's acting like a complete pervert. He's getting touchy these days.

"Sure, dad also wanted to meet you too anyway" I remembered dad telling me to meet Jasper and even bring his family home just because he's currious, I was very eager to know why he wants to meet them since Jasper and I aren't really dating but then there he goes telling me to bring his parents home.

"Well then, let's just talk to Flint then go afterwards" Jasper's father uttered as we waited for Flint to come here and bid our farewell, once we're done, we all rode Jasper's car as his parents called their secretary to drive their own car at home.

We had a warm conversation regarding my father and my life as I told them that my mom died in child birth, they comforted me and told me not to blame myself because I was innocent. I was also happy that they're not people who are very judgemental, I want to meet people like them more.

"Dad!" I took my seatbelt off and ran to my father who looks like he had just got home, I want to question him but I think it'll be good if I'll do that later besides we have some guests who wanted to visit him and might as well talk to him.

"Oh Lia, where have you been?" Dad asked as I walked closer to him, he was not wearing the same clothes he wore the other day when he began to get missing. I thought he never came home so how did he even managed to get his business like polo suit? And where did he get a suitcase? Something is very wrong.

"Adam?" I looked behind me and saw Jasper's parents with an unreadabke expression, I don't understand. How do they know my father's name? I never told them about that? And why do they look like they've seen a ghost?

"Robert, Esmeralda, it's good to see the both of you here" Dad smiled as I got confused, how on earth did dad also know them? Who are they? Are they his friends? If so then why don't they recognize me? For sure they're still in touch with each other... or are they?

"Dad? Do you know them?" I feared something when I looked in my dad's eyes, something with a hint and glint of evil darkness bore into my light ones as a sudden creepy feeling crawled on my skin. Something is wrong here and I think it's all about my dad.

"If you're T-Thalia's father, t-then-" Mrs. Lee trailed as she looked at me and back at my father, she was shaking and Mr. Lee was looking at my father in furry. I don't know what's happening here, but if this involves me then I have the right to know right now.

"No, she's not my cousin!" Jasper shouted in rage as I began to question myself, what's happening... Jasper and I... we're... cousins? The person I love is my cousin?

"Dad?" Nothing makes sense, I wanted to know the truth but then... will the truth really make me happy? Is Jasper really my cousin? The smile my father gave me felt as if my whole world crashed. It can't be...

"I missed you so much, my brother"
