You're Not Who I Thought You Were: Jai Brooks fanfic

Chapter 2

*Beep beep beep*

I quickly hit the snooze button on my annoying alarm, shutting it off. I practically rolled out of bed and stood up, dreading another day of school. It was Monday, which meant the start of another boring, stressful week of school.

I walked over to my bathroom , stripped my clothes off, and took a steamy hot morning shower. 15 minutes later I hopped out and wrapped a towel around my body as I headed over to my closet. I picked out a simple outfit: black long sleeve shirt with a white and grey scarf covered with crosses, dark blue skinny jeans that fit my legs perfectly, and some black Uggs to complete it. I moved on to my usual routine by blow drying and straightening my hair, making sure I apply heat protection spray.  I moved on to my make-up routine by applying primer, concealer, and foundation, along with mascara and eyeliner. I took one I took one last look in my mirror before heading downstairs to grab some breakfast.

I walked into the kitchen to find it empty. Usual my grandmother is awake. Worried I walked into her room to find her in bed fast asleep. Relieved, I quietly walked over and pecked her wrinkly cheek and I left the room, then  grabbed a granola bar from the counter, got my backpack and headed out to my car. Right as I headed out the door, I felt my phone vibrated. It was Olivia.

Olivia:

Mind picking me up? Don't feel like walking...

Bianca:

And you're just now texting me!? be there in 5

Olivia:

...sorry, I woke up late but thanks you're the best!

Bianca:

Yeah I know ;)

Smiling at the text I sent, I quickly hopped in my car and headed to Olivia's.

I honked loudly and in a few seconds Olivia was out of her house and into the car.

"Hey thanks again. You know how lazy I am on Mondays." Olivia spoke.

"Yeah no problem but still, you could have texted me a little earlier. Don't you think?"

"Yeah whatever but hey, I heard we are getting a couple of new kids today."

"Where did you hear that?"

"Its being talked about all around school. Where have you been? Usually you know all of the news and gossip going on."

"Oh well my bad! Last time I checked I wasn't the schools newspaper reporter." I laughed.

"Sorry but still...I really want to know who they are. Supposedly it's three guys who came all the way from Australia! Freaking Australia! You know what that means?"

"It me-"

"It means Australian accents! Talk about a major turn on."

"Woah Olivia, chill out a bit. You don't even know who they are, what they look like, or how they act. Just because they have Australian accents doesn't mean they are going to be super hot guys."

"Well thanks for ruining my fantasies...but still, we will never know until we see them."

I pulled into a parking spot and turned the car off.
