Chapter 8

I was creeped out and pushed Jai off. He seemed surprised and disappointed and didn't say anything. He just looked at the ground embarrassed.

"Oh babe no I'm sorry. It wasn't you...I just got creeped out because I heard the door close...but I had already closed it." I explained.

"That's weird. Stay here, I'll be back." Jai said as he started for the door.

I nodded and sat on the bed. Jai opened the door and looked both ways then left. A few seconds later he retured with a confused look on his face.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Well, Luke and Olivia are in his room and Beau's door is closed so he's probably in there...so I don't know who it could have been." Jai said.

"That's creepy..like who in their sick mind would want to watch us do that, you know?"

"Well you never know, maybe someone was about to come in and they saw and they slowly closed the door to not bother us."

"I never said they closed it slowly.."

Jai didn't say anything and just looked at me. I could tell he was thinking something. I gave him a stern look.

"What are you thinking?" I asked.

"Nothing..."

"How did you know the door closed slowly?"

"I-I don't know. I just assumed." Jai stuttered.

I could tell he was lying. He didn't look me in the eyes when he said that.

"You're lying, Brooks." I said.

"What the fuck? No I'm not!" Jai said

"Yes, you are."

"No, I'm not. "

"Yes, you are."

"No. I'm. not."

"Yes. You. Are."

"FUCK! I'm not Bianca I swear!" Jai yelled.

I hesitated before speaking.

Hmm....

"Okay, I believe you."

"Thank you! See I told you I would never lie to you babe." Jai came close and pulled me in a tight hug and kissed the top of my head.

"Yeah." I said and returned the hug.

There's that bad feeling again...

We pulled away from the hug and Jai grabbed my hand and lead me downstairs. We slumped on the couch and Jai turned the t.v on. We watched for a while, then Beau came from his room.

"Jai, I need to talk to you." Beau said.

Jai and I turned our heads in his direction. Jai looked back at me but then got up and went with Beau. They walked to Beau's room in silence.

I hope they don't try to kill each other again.

I stayed put on the couch thinking Jai would be back in a few minutes but after 15 minutes of waiting Jai hadn't come back. Worried, I went to Beau's room. The door was closed but I could hear them talking. I carefully put my ear up to the door and listened.

"How many people are you sending it to?"

Jai's voice.

"How many people do you want me to send it to?"

Beau's voice.

"I don't know just make sure it's a lot." Jai said.

"Alright, but are you sure they don't know."
