Jessie's POV
Schools over and today I have to go to the football field to wait for Ben to get done with practice. I'm not sure if Daniels gonna be home early today but he could be so I'm not gonna risk going home yet.
Me and Eve are walking out the doors together. "Well, I gotta go to the football field." I say stopping.
"Oh, right. I would go with you but I have to babysit Nicole." She says rolling her eyes. Nicole is Eves little sister.
"It's fine." I assure.
"Okay." She says as she hugs me and I hug her back.
"I'll text you." I say as we pull apart.
She nods smiling. I smile back and we go different directions.
I make it to the football field and once I get there, I walk up the bleachers. The football players all stare at me. I smile nervously and sit down.
"Jessie!" I hear somebody call my name. I look up and see Ben.
"Hey." I respond.
"Were just starting practice so it'll take a little while. Are you okay with that?"
"Yeah, sure."
"Okay." He says then walks away.
I sigh and pull out my phone. I hear somebody walking on the bleachers so I look up and see Xavier and some cheerleader. Xavier isn't on the football team but he should be. I think he would do good. Xavier notices me staring at him and I quickly turn my head. Shit.
"Stop babe." I hear the girl giggle.
I look over and Xavier is kissing her neck. I roll my eyes in disgust. Gross. "Get a room." I mutter to myself.
"What did she just say?" The girl says looking at Xavier, he just shrugs.
She swings her head at me. "What did you say bitch?"
"Nothing." I say then scroll through my Instagram feed.
"I heard you say something." She glares at me.
I sigh annoyed and put my phone down. "You wanna know what I said?"
She looks at me angrily with her arms crossed.
"I said get a fucking room." I say sick of her annoying ass high pitched voice.
"Aw, are you jealous?" She say scoffing.
"Jealous? Please, you wish I was. I'm not jealous one bit of your player one night stand "boyfriend", thank you very much."
She starts to stand up but Xavier pulls her back down.
"Let me teach her a lesson." She says angrily.
"Calm the fuck down." He says.
"Oh, so now you're taking up for her?"
"What the hell? No."
"Well it looks like it to me!" She looks at me and glares. "I'm leaving." She stomps angrily down the bleachers.
Xavier sighs but doesn't bother chasing after her. I roll my eyes and focus on what's happening on the football field.
"Why are you such a bitch?" I hear him say.
"I'm not an bitch." I mutter.
"Yes you are. You're a complete bitch."
I wanted to go off so badly at him you have no idea but I didn't because I'm kinda scared of him.
