Chapter 37: Unexpected

Just a quick authors note here. Hi guys, it's Daisy I'm back. I fell out of love with this book a while back, but I always write in advance. I didn't realise that I had another 3 chapters already written but not published! So here is the first one, enjoy! This is dedicated to KiannaSythong for her loyalty to this book. "You're his sister?" Lily said, her mouth unable to close with shock. Why had Takeda never mentioned her?
"Yes, and who are you?" Queenie asked, smiling.
"Well, I'm Lily," Lily began walking towards Takeda's room.
"Takeda's girlfriend?! That's what I last heard from him anyway." Queenie said, cocking her head to one side.
"No, no he's dating a girl called Jacqui now," Lily said, solemnly.
Queenie's eyes squinted.
"Anyway, why have you come?" Lily said, smiling.
"I heard about Blaze, I didn't even know he existed and he's already gone." Queenie said, with grief.
"Yes, I knew Blaze very well, him and Takeda didn't get on, I'm part of that," Lily admitted, regretting it after seeing Queenie's expression.
"Why? What happened?" Queenie asked.
"Blaze worked for Shang Tsung, who'd kidnapped Takeda, and since Blaze can shape shift, he turned into Takeda. At that time, me and Takeda/Blaze were in a relationship, I thought it was Takeda, bu-but it wasn't and when we found Takeda, he was angry at Blaze. He'd cheated on me and in a way I'd cheated on him, thinking it was him. And my feelings for Blaze didn't go away, even now, after 3 months." Lily blurted out, quicker than the speed of light.

"Wow, that is a lot. Needless to say, I don't think it's your fault, how were you meant to know?" Queenie said, chuckling. Lily nodded, a little out of breath from all that talking.

Queenie knocked on the door with Takeda's name on.
"Takeda!" Queenie shouted, entering the room, Lily following behind.
Takeda shoved something behind him and hugged Queenie.
"It was nice meeting your sister that you hadn't told me existed." Lily said, sarcastically.
Takeda rolled his eyes.
"Yeah maybe you should've told your ex," Queenie said, raising her eyebrows. "Were you going to keep me a secret the whole time?" Takeda shook his head, but Lily wasn't interested in Takeda, it was what he'd shoved behind him. Queenie and Takeda were engaged in conversation, so Lily took it upon herself to look on Takeda's bed and see what he was so desperate to hide. Lily's mouth dropped open and she stuffed the item into her back pocket.
"Well I'll leave you two to talk about things!" Lily said, optimistically and ran out of the room. She quickly sprinted into Cassie's room and closed the door.
"Does no one knock?" Cassie asked, laughing. Lily rolled her eyes.
"I just found this in Takeda's room," Lily said, throwing a tape onto Cassie's lap. Cassie picked it up and put it in her tv. Lily couldn't believe what she was seeing. It was the security footage from the night someone came into her room. Cassie paused the TVs and looked to Lily.
"Why would Takeda have this?" Cassie asked, Lily didn't even answer. She just grabbed the remote off of Cassie and started playing the video again.

On the tape, Takeda entered the room and Lily sat up. "You just whispered Blaze," Cassie said. It all made sense, when Lily thought she'd seen Blaze and hugged him and told him she loved him.

It was all Takeda.

Lily switched the tv off in rage. "The dishonest trash," Lily whispered. Cassie grabbed Lily's arm.
"If you're gonna beat him up, I'm coming with you," Cassie grabbed her gun and buckle up.

Blaze would be avenged.
