One day you'll meet someone that'll change your life.
They'll light up every room and they'll memorize the exact shade of their' eyes.
Their' pure existence will captivate you like the sonnets you have written.
They'll make you feel a little more human.
Their hearts will open doors previously cemented shut.
You'll let them memorize every inch of your sacred figure.
They'll let you believe they're anything greater than a person.
But eventually the barriers will break and you'll see them for what they truly are.
Their "perfect persona" replaced with something unimaginable.
All the secrets and promises disintegrated like they've never existed.
They'll tell you they care, and that's why they're not there.
Making excuses leaving you here.
Blaming yourself being the only thing you can do.
You spell out "I love u" but you're a beat too late.
Some people aren't capable of love.
