*The Next Day (Back in California)* Kenzie's POV I was up trying not to burn the house down as I made pancakes. Hunter and Brandon are sleeping. When I finished making the pancakes I wake both Hunter and Brandon up. "Pancakes?" I ask handing them both a plate. "Where's the fire?" Hunter asks. "What fire?" "You made pancakes and didn't burn the house down?" He asks. I nod and smile. "What are we going to do today?" I ask him. "I don't know." Hunter sighs. My phone buzzes. I got a text from London my best friend. London: Hey I'm having my Sweet Sixteen birthday today at 1. You coming? Me: Of course. Wouldn't miss it for the world. See you soon. London: Ok see ya. Me: Wait can I bring 2 friends? London: Who? Me; Hunter and Brandon Rowland London: Of course. Me: Ok thanks. "Ok. I know what we are doing today." I smile. "And that is?" Brandon asks. "Going to my best friend's 16th birthday." I smile. "What's the theme?" Hunter asks. "Formal." I smile. "I don't have a suit and tie, neither does Brandon and you don't own a dress." Hunter smiles. "It's called shopping with my mom's credit card." I smile. He groans. I giggle running up the stairs to get changed. I throw on Hunter's sweatshirt and some shorts. I run back downstairs and Hunter stares at me. "I need that to wear you know." He sighs. "Too bad. What you are wearing is fine." I smile. He sighs and gets his shoes. *At the store* I pick out 3 outfits. "Go try them on." Hunter smiles. I do and come out after each one. 1.

Hunter was starring at his phone waiting for me. "Hunter." Brandon says hitting him. Brandon's jaw was dropped in amazement. I do a little spin when Hunter looks up. His jaw drops also. "Hello?" I ask snapping in front of them. "That. Is. Gorgeous!" Hunter smiles. Brandon nods in agreement. Then we went to get some new shoes since all I have were converse. I pick out a pair and wait as they pick out suits. They both pick out black suits with white undershirts. I smile and nod. We pay and go home. "How long until we go?" Hunter asks sitting on the couch. "it starts a one." I smile grabbing the outfit I bought. "It's 12." He says. I freak out a little. "You still have an hour. Start getting ready."He smiles. I run upstairs and change. I look at myself in the mirror. "HUNTER HOW SHOULD I DO MY HAIR?" I yell to him. "High pony tail." He yells back. I smile and grab my makeup kit. I use black and gold on the eyes and then a dark pink matte lipstick. I curl my hair and put my hair in a high ponytail. Then I take a small piece of hair and wrap it around the hair tie. I walk downstairs to see Hunter and Brandon dressed. "You look cute." Hunter smiles. "Thank you." I smile back as he kisses my cheek. "Third wheel be like." Brandon laughs. I laugh with him while putting on my shoes. We walk out to my car and Hunter drives us to the party.
