"Why? Why would you do this?" I ask. 

"Because I lost you. Because I'm stupid. Because I want you. Because I love you. Because I need you." He says looking at me with tears running down his face. I just walk out, not knowing what to say, not knowing what to do, not knowing how I feel. I run down the stairs. "

What happened? Why did he scream?" Hunter asks. I just push past him and walk out the door. He follows after me. 

"Kenzie!!" He says before stepping out in front of me and stopping me. 

"What?" I ask madly. 

"What happened?"He says glaring into my eyes. 

"He cut," I say refusing to look at him. 

"What? Why?" 

"He cut my name into his arm. And he said he did it because he lost me, because he is stupid, because he wants me, because he loves me and because he needs me." I say still not looking at him. 

"So basically because of you." He says before turning my head to look at him. 

"Why won't you look at me?" He says when I turn my head back. 

"Because I don't know how to feel about this. I don't know what to do. Do you know how hard this is Hunter?" 

"How hard what is?" 

"Having to pick between you and Brandon," I said finally looking at him.

"You don't have to pick. We can stay friends I am perfectly fine with that. I am perfectly fine with you going back to Brandon." He says. 

"What if I don't want to go back with Brandon... What if I want to be with you." I say mumbling the last part. 

"You want to be with me?" He says with hope in his eyes. 

"Yeah," I say quietly. 

"Oh... But Brandon." He says.

 "We should go talk to him and make sure he is okay," I say. He agrees and we go upstairs.

Brandon

Hunter and Kenzie come into my room both looking worried. 

"Are you ok?" Kenzie asks. 

"Yeah." I lie. I'm not ok. I lost the love of my life and she is probably going to date Hunter. 

"I want you back!!" Kenzie blurts out. 

"What?" Hunter says looking at her.

 "Yeah... What??" I say agreeing with my brother. 

"But you just said..." Hunter starts. 

"I know what I said... And I know what I just said. I am like highly confused with life. But I just wanted to make it clear that I like both of you...Like a lot." She says. 

"Hunter can you leave for a minute I want to talk to Brandon... Alone." She says looking at the floor. 

"Sure." He says walking out. She comes and sits on the bed. 

"I know you are not ok." She says. 

"How do you know?" I say. 

"Did you forget I do the same thing and I say I'm okay but I'm lying. What is wrong?" She asks. 

"Us... Well, I mean what we had... What we were. The Us we used to be." I say.

 "Brandon I want to go back to that... I do but... I really think we should take a break from each other. You go date Peyton and I'll date someone. And maybe we can get back to us another day." She says. That hurt.
