I watched the music video of the man I hadn't seen in 10 years. Due to my father's work when I was a little girl we lived in Seoul until I was 16. My father died in a car accident and my mom devastated decided to move us back to the states. Jiyong and I had been friends back then and I had a massive crush on him. I helped him with his English and he tried to help me with my Korean but to this day I'm not good at it. It felt like my heart was breaking when I had to say goodbye to him.

My mother passed away of cancer a couple years ago and I decided with the decent savings I had I would move back to Seoul. I had been following Jiyong's career since I left and had become a huge fan. But it was different when I fangirled about him with other fans.

"I wish I could know him?" they would say.

"I did know him," I would think to myself.

I never opened that can of worms. Not only would they not believe me but I just felt like keeping it private.

I sold my parents house and all of my belongings and figured I'd stay in a hotel for awhile until I found an apartment. I also had bought a VIP ticket to his up coming solo concert and won backstage passes.

I didn't know if he would remember me we tried to keep in contact but for whatever reasons we fell out of contact, but I had to try. I did try and date in the past, infact I had been engaged. But I was still a virgin and that inevitably lead to my relationships failing.

I sighed and grabbed my bags when I heard the cab pull up outside. I put the house key in the mailbox and got in the cab.

When I got to the airport I quickly checked in and got through customs. After getting situated in the boarding area I plugged my headphones in listening to Jiyong's magical voice sooth my nerves about flying. I hated airplanes I preferred to keep my feet firmly on the ground.

When the flight was boarding I hurried to my seat and closed my eyes before I knew it I had fallen asleep.

After several long layovers I was finally stepping out into Seoul's evening air. I was so exhausted and was relieved when I found a cab waiting out front.

After I had checked into my room and telling them I may be here for awhile I went up to my room. I yanked my clothes off and through them in the closet to tired and jet lagged to care I was a tidy person. I opened my suitcase and found a pair of my boy cut panties and a white oversized t-shirt. I dressed, slipped under covers,  falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

The next day I woke up at 2pm. I didn't normally sleep so long but I was exhausted. I woke feeling refreshed and excited about the concert. I showered and dressed in a pink satin lace cami top and hip hugger blue Jeans. I looked at myself in the mirror and decided to take a selfie. I rarely did it because I was shy. I didn't even have social media accounts.

I went down to the hotel restaurant and grabbed a bite for lunch

I went down to the hotel restaurant and grabbed a bite for lunch. I caught a cab outside the hotel that took me to the venue. I got inline and sat down plugging my headphones back in and listening to music. At about 5pm they opened the doors and I ran with the rest toward the VIP pit. I successfully landed a spot in the front toward the right side of the extended stage.

The concert started and I was awestruck when I watched him. He was so breathtaking and he made my pulse race.

When the concert was over I waited for the crowd to thin and made my way towards the backstage entrance

When the concert was over I waited for the crowd to thin and made my way towards the backstage entrance. The security checked my pass then let me pass. I met Jiyong's manager and he told me to wait in the hall as he went into the dressing room to him.

My heart was racing the entire time. I didn't know what I would do if he didn't remember me. The door opened and my breath hitched as Jiyong walked out looking as amazing as always. His hair was messy and his makeup had melted away from sweat and water. I didn't mind I always thought he looked best all natural.

He greeted me in Korean which was pretty much all the Korean I knew.

"I'm Zia," I said, please let that ring a bell I thought to myself.

His face told me he was processing a thought.

"Did you use to live here like 10 years ago?" he suddenly asked me.

"Yes," I said with a small smile.

"Oh my god," he suddenly smiled and wrapped his arms around me. I hugged him back and god his scent was intoxicating.

I pulled back before he could think I was holding on to long.

"How are you?" he asked me grinning at me.

"I'm OK, I'd ask how you have been but I can see you have been well," I laughed softly.

"So you have been following my career, " he said crossing his arms infront of him and leaning against the wall.

"I told you 10 years ago I would support you. I kept my promise." I shrugged.

"That means alot, really, " he said and I saw the sincerity in his eyes.

"Are you here visiting with your mom, I'd like to see her again" he said, he didn't know she had passed away. I looked away from him to quickly blink the tears away.

"No, she died 2 years ago," I said softly.

"Oh Zia,  I'm sorry," he said wrapping his arms around me.

His manager opened the door and said something in Korean. Jiyong responded and looked down at me.

"I have to go, where are you staying?" he asked me.

I told him the name of the hotel and room number. I also handed him a card with my cell number on it.

"It might be a few days but I want to take you to lunch or dinner so we can catch up," he said opening the door to the dressing room.

"Sounds fine," I said with a smile and he gave me one more quick hug. I waved at him and walked towards the exit.

I got a cab and headed back to my hotel. I dressed for bed and dozed off my dreams filling with Jiyong.
