~Melody's pov~
I opened my eyes and noticed I was in an unfamiliar room, I looked around and noticed I was in the hospital. I sighed and heard a sound, I looked to the side and saw Blake. He looked up and walked over to me "Mel, how are you feeling?" I looked at him and asked "what happened?" he sighed and said "Brandon strangled you and you passed out, I drove to you're house since you weren't answering my phone calls." I only nodded and he sighed "guess we have to wait until you get out the hospital," I nodded and said "I guess so."
{Later That Day}
~Blake's pov~
I held Melody's hand while she was sleeping, I sighed and rubbed my thumb against her palm. The door opened and the doctor added medicine to the IV he sighed and said "when she gets out make sure she eats she's been starving for more than a year." I nodded and said "okay," he left and I sighed "she doesn't deserve all of this pain, he needs to go to jail."
She soon woke up and I looked at her "have you slept?" I shook my head and said "not yet," she nodded and said "Blake, you need to rest and go asleep." I looked her in the eyes and said "and you have to eat," she looked away and I kissed her forehead and said "the doctor told me that you've been starving for more than a year." "When do I get out?" I shrugged my shoulders and said "I don't know, love."
