~Melody's pov~

I woke up to my alarm going off at 6:30, I sighed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and take a shower. When I finished I put on my undergarments, I put on top black skinny jeans and my black tank top, I grabbed my grey sweater and put it on. I combed my hair and put a black beanie on top, I put on my grey ugg's and walked downstairs. I saw my mum in the kitchen, I ate my breakfast and then said "bye, see you later".

{At School}

~Cody's pov~

I was in the cafeteria with Mike, we were waiting for Melody and Laura to come, when they came they both said "hi" to us and we said the same thing back to them.

~Blake's pov~

I was in English class, which was the last class before we leave, I saw Melody look at the clock and I did bother her it was funny and cute looking at her get mad. I was tapping her, but she ignored me, so I kept poking her until she looked at me, when she did she looked at me with hate in her eyes I smirked and said "now you look at me" she rolled her eyes and said "what" I said "next time look at me when I tap you" she rolled her eyes and said "I don't have to"

{End Of The Day}

~Melody's pov~

I had a text message and I saw it was from my mum

Come home ASAP, love mum

I was leaving until I heard someone call my name.

"MELODY, MELODY"

I turned around and saw it was Cody, he said "why are you leaving so early" I said "because my mum text me saying I had to come home ASAP" he nodded and gave me a hug and said "alright see you tomorrow then" I nodded and said "yup".

{At Home} [Still Melody's pov]

I walked inside the house and saw my mum cooking, I said "mum, I'm home" she said "okay, go do your homework and leave your book bag in your room" I nodded and said "okay". I walked upstairs and went to my room, when I finished my homework I put it back inside my book bag, and then put my book bag in the corner of the room. I went back downstairs and said "I finished my homework" my mum said "okay, just sit on the couch, until the family come's over" I nodded and said "when are they coming" she said "5" I looked at the time and saw it was 4:30.

~Blake's pov~

I got home at 4:05, when I walked inside and saw my mum and dad on the couch, my mum said "Blake, go upstairs do what ever you want, just don't leave or have any plans because were leaving at 4:50" I nodded and my dad said "were going to be at your mum's friend house, she has a daughter and she goes to your school, I know your the bad boy and all but try to be nice to her" I groaned and said "fine, I will try"

~Melody's pov~

I heard a knock on the door and my mum said "you could stay on the couch if you want" I nodded and said "I will wait here until they come inside" she nodded and opened the door. I looked over at there direction and saw my mum hugging her friend, her husband, and then I saw Blake. I sighed and thought to myself "why, did it have to be Blake's family". They came inside and my mum said "this is my daughter, Melody" I looked up and smiled I said "nice to meet you" I looked at Blake who's eyes were big, which caused me to smirk

~Blake's pov~

When I heard my mum's friend say "this is my daughter Melody" I looked up and my eyes were big. She looked at me and smirked, my mum and dad said "hi, this is our son Blake, you probably already know him" my mum said "don't be mean say hi" I looked at her "hi, Melody" I managed to choke out, Melody nodded and said "yea, but were not close so all I now about him is that he's the bad boy". "Melody, why don't you show Blake your room, while the food is getting ready" Her mum said she looked up "fine" Melody mumbled. Melody went upstairs and I followed behind. Melody opened her door and I was surprised that her room walls were sky blue instead of pink.

~Melody's pov~

I hated the fact that it was Blake's family, I sat on my bed. I took out my phone and played a game, I looked up and saw Blake typing on his phone. I looked back at my phone. "Hey sweet heart, where's your dad? Did he leave you because you were such a disappointment?" Blake sneered. My heart dropped and I looked up, "He's dead" I said blankly, I looked at the photo of me and my dad on my 13th birthday. "Blake, Melody Dinner!!"

Me and Blake got up, walked downstairs and then we walked to the kitchen and he started to act all nice, I rolled my eyes and sat at the table. We were all eating, I saw from the corner of my eye that Blake was staring at me. When we finished eating my mum said "We need to tell you something" Blake's mum said "Melody you will be staying with us, for while" I looked at her confused and then I said "mum what is she talking about " but Blake said "mum what to you mean". My mum said "Melody, you know how I write music" I nodded and said "yea" she said "well I have to go on tour with one of the artist" I sighed and said "fine"

~Blake's pov~

I heard Melody sigh and say "fine", I looked at my mum and said "when, will she be coming over?" my mum said "her mum is going to bring her stuff over on Friday at 2:30 and she will start staying over on Friday when school ends" I looked at my mum and said "okay". Then my dad said "the both of you can't tell anyone okay" and we both nodded.

{After the family left}

~Melody's pov~

Blake and his family just left and I was sitting at the kitchen table, I looked at my mum and said "why can't I stay here, I always stay here when you are at work" she looked at me and said "what if we run out of food, what are you going to" I thought about it and realized she was right, I groaned and said "fine". I walked upstairs to my room, I was in my room, I was thinking about everything that happened today, I sighed and changed into my pajamas and went to sleep.

~Blake's pov~

We just got to my house and I said "does she have to stay here, she stay's at her house by herself when her mum is at work" I only know this because I over heard that when she was talking to Cody, my mum said "yes, what if they run out of food, what is she going to do, starve herself" I thought about it and my mum was right i sighed and said "fine", "Blake when we were eating why were you staring at Melody" my dad asked questingly I looked at him and said "you know how I told you how I have my eye's on a girl at school" he said "yes" I said "well that's the girl" he then said "is it the same girl you told us that you made her stay with you in the dark/empty classroom", I nodded. I said "goodnight" and I went upstairs, I thought on what just happened, I got changed and then I thought to myself "I don't want Melody here but at the same time I'm glad her mum has to go on tour with one of the artist" I laid down and went to sleep.
