~Melody's pov~

I sat on Blake's bed, listing to music and playing a game on my phone. He was still at my mum's house watching the videos again to see if it would work to get her out of the brainwash... If

We didn't know if it would work for sure or not but we where hoping it will. At least Blake was for my sake.

I saw the door open from the corner of my eye, I paused the music and saw Blake. He gave me a small smile and sat next to me, "you alright?" I nodded and said "I'm fine." I looked him in the eyes, "did it work?"

~Blake's pov~

"Did it work?" she was desperate to know the answer, I sighed and said "a little bit but not much." She looked away and said "I told you that she was gone," I kissed her forehead and said "come on princess, don't think like that, we can try again tomorrow." She shook her head, "just forget it, it's not going to make a difference."

But it was going to make a difference, and I will go tomorrow whether it meant with Melody or alone, this was for her sake. She can't go back home at least not while Brandon is there, it isn't safe with him being there with her alone.
