Hey, sorry it took so long to update!! I just have so many other books that I'm working on at the same time, and I am out of ideas! So please comment so ideas, that would be so helpful!! Thanks!

     "No..."
Damian fell to the ground, crying harder than he had ever before.
Down on his knees, he didn't know what to do.
So he slowly stood up, ready to face Raven's murderer.
"I...will...kill you," Damian said through the tears.
He could of sworn Deathstroke was smiling behind that mask of his.
"Real cute, Damian," he said. "But it doesn't matter. I have truly broken you."
He was right. Damian couldn't do anything.
Nothing but kneel next to a body and cry. Cry, and cry, and cry.
I know, it's weird seeing Damian cry!!
Then he heard something. He couldn't believe it.
     "Damian!!"
     He still couldn't believe it.
     "F-f-father..." Damian stuttered.
"Damian!!" There it was again. "Damian, where are you?!"
Damian didn't even wonder how his father new he wasn't in the mountains.
"Help..." he said quietly through the tears.
He was broken.

     "Damian!! Where are you?"
Batman ran through the base, looking for his son.
Every now and then, he'd come across some thugs, which were easily dealt with.
He felt like he'd never find his child. He was lost.
     And if he wasn't found...
     He would be broken.

As Damian knelt down next to Ravens body, he heard Deathstroke pick up his sword and hold it over Damian's neck. He did nothing.
     He didn't care what happened.
Then the death blow never came.
He finally looked up, seeing his father standing there, facing an unconscious Deathstroke.
Damian got up and ran to Batman, throwing his arms around him.
"Father..."
Batman hugged him, but his gaze was fixed on Raven.
He walked towards Ravens body, Damian stepping away.
Bruce removed his cowl and knelt next to Raven, putting his fingers on her neck.
"Damian," he said. "She's... she's not dead."
Though still completely broken, Damian's eyes brightened. He ran towards his father.
"Wait, you're... you're not mad?"
Bruce sighed.
"I was too hard on you, Damian," he said. "I know you couldn't do that, I just had such hope."
Gee, thanks for the encouragement, Dad! Damian thought sarcastically. He didn't show it, though.
Damian's view left his father and went to Raven.
"What should we do?"
"Get her to a hospital," Bruce replied.
Damian nodded and bent down and picked her up. Seeing him struggle, Bruce helped his son out and carried her for him.
"Come on, Damian. We need to get out of here."
They both smiled and ran towards the exit.

She woke up in a hospital again.
Memories flashed in her mind.
She was captured and beaten. Damian found her. She died— or so it seemed— and Damian was heartbroken.
She knew that because he was in her hospital room. She could sense his emotions.
Raven slowly lifted her head, not really feeling any pain anymore.
"Damian..." she said, causing him to jolt upwards.
She would remember his look of happiness forever.

I know it's short, but I'm completely out of ideas! Also, please check out my other books! I've started a brand new one I'm calling Cloned! Please check it out! Thanks for reading!!!
