After every storm, there is a rainbow.

Let it rain, and God's promise will show.

When you've let the fire burn and it's ran its course, the rain will singe out the heat, as it pours.

In the Bible, rain is referred to as the Holy Ghost. Hence, after every storm, thus a rainbow. The rainbow, god's promise. After every storm, there's always a beautiful calm.

Ever stepped outside after a thunderstorm?

Remember, the sparrow has a plan for you. And if you pay attention to the signs, he'll guide into the light. The sparrow holds me close, wraps me in his arms. For me, he wishes no calamity or harm. But because I am created divine, I comprehend that things that occur horrendously in my lifetime are not doings of mine.

After every storm, there is a rainbow.

Let it rain, and God's promise will show.

"Ms. Zulu, right this way." Nurse Ianna spoke up to me in the waiting room.

"Do I-"

"Come." I advised him.

"It's been a minute since we've seen you up here, how you been doing girl?" Ianna questioned as we followed her down the hall.

"I've been standing strong." I replied as she led us into a room.

"Alrighty, well you just lay down there and Dr. Oguci will be in shortly." She smiled.

"Thanks Ianna."

She nodded her head, exiting the room.

I placed myself down onto the bed, resting my palms over my belly.

"How many months are you?" He questioned me.

"I should be almost, or already five."

"Five months? Wow..do you know the sex of the baby?"

"Well I'm sure it's a girl, but we're going to find out definitely or not if she really is a girl."

"A precious angel..listen, Olympas-"

"Good afternoon Ms. Zulu! How have you been!" Dr. Oguci knocked before coming in.

"Hello doc! I'm standing strong, and you?"

"All is well-who is this?" He lifted his brow at him.

"You may introduce yourself." I bid him.

"Hello, um..I'm Raheem, the father of our child." He shook my doctor's hand nervously.

"Ah, I see. Well, it's good to see you both. Are you ready to see your baby?"

I smiled, nodding my head.
