Chapter 7- Automatic Electricity
Chapter's song- Paris, The ChainsmokersYour special to me. You are the only person I wouldn't mind losing sleep for, the only one who I can never get tired of talking to, and the only one who crossed my mind constantly throughout the day. Your the only one who can make me smile without trying, bring down my mood without even trying to and affect my emotions with every action of yours. I can't explain in just words how much you mean to me, but your the only one I'm afraid of losing and the one I want to keep in my life.
Matilda
I'm so shocked I try to cover my eyes quickly and turn to walk out of the room but my head hits the door hard and I fall flat on my ass.I hear his laughter echo around the bathroom and I have to admit it sounds like heaven.
"I thought I locked the door". He states to no one but himself.I still have my eyes covered with my hands and I don't dare move a muscle. I hear the toilet flush and the zip of jeans being done back up. I take my hands off my eyes cautiously and look up at Riley.
He's still looking at me and there's a handsome smirk on his lips.
I want to wipe that look off his godly face.
"This is far from funny, stop" I say embarrassed. He just chuckles quietly to himself and I sigh.
"Trust me sweetheart, this is funny". He smiles and let me tell you I've never seen anyone's smile look so good. I've never seen him smile before and I can make out the little dimple that forms on his right cheek. How can he be and why is he so good looking?
I mean he doesn't even have to try!
He continues talking, not noticing me basically fanning over his beauty. "I really thought I locked the door though". He ponders.
I chuckle at his stupidity. "Well you didn't" I state. "Now I've been scarred for life". I shudder, just thinking about the sight I nearly saw before. It was a very close call.
He half smiles at me. "Trust me, there's worse things in life to see than someone chucking a shit".
He makes his way over to the sink and begins to wash his hands.
While rubbing soap onto his hands he turns his head towards me. "Why would you barge into the bathroom like that, have you not heard of knocking?".
I don't know why but the blood rushes too my cheeks and I blush a ruby red, suddenly I feel sheepish.
"I did knock and no one replied" I say to him. He dries his hands on the towel and looks at me again.
His eyes are conflicting and shallow. I can't help but stare. I then remember that I have some sort of alcoholic drink on my dress and I reach for the towel he just wiped his hands on. Riley watches me intently. I put the towel underneath the water and rinse it out. I dab the towel around the area where the alcohol has stained. Lucky I wore a black dress tonight.
Last time I was in the same room with Riley I put on quite the display. He's still watching me out of the corner of his eye.
Suddenly he grabs the towel out of my hands and turns me towards him. When his hands made contact with my own it was like an automatic heater was activated and a zap went through my hand.
