Waking up

It was early, you knew that. Beside you was your husband purring in his sleep. You hesitate to call it snoring because he was just so darn cute. You move aside some of his tousled hair and kiss his forehead lightly causing him to smile in his sleep.

He squints as his eyes adjust to the light, "Good morning, my love" he smiles.

"I didn't mean to wake you"

"Nonsense." Newt says in his low morning voice.

You smile, "How about we just stay here all day?"

"How about we just stay here all day." Newt repeats in response.
