After a whole afternoon of classes its time to finally carry out Bea's second surprise of the day with the help of Jia. They head off to Bea's place in groups.
Miguel who drove for JIa who also bought Mich, Jamie and Kim
Gizelle drove Anna, Ria, Deanna and Maddie
Ly who's with Den of course along with Mae and Kiwi
Bea called dibs on Jho but told Jia to carry the props in Miguel's car so that Jho wouldn't see it. She already told her family that her members will be going and also about the plan, which made her Mom excited to make most of her signature dishes
Bea: Were here na Jho
Jho fell asleep for she was still tired from the long day but she doesn't have a clue that the night is just about to get even exciting
Jho: I'm up! Let's go they must be waiting
They got in the house & their members acting once Jho stepped in made Bea felt creeped out but she had to resist laughing. Even Bea's family joined in the acting club
Mommy Det: Welcome back Jho!
Jho: Hi mommy, I missed you po and Daddy Elmer
Daddy Elmer: Missed you too Jho!
Bea: You all must be hungry now. Mom is dinner ready?
Mommy Det: Yes the table's all set. Girls let's go eat
They all shared nice & crazy conversations over dinner, which made time go by so fast. Time came when they finally have to surprise Jho
Bea: Jho let's go to the backyard and play with George he misses you too
It was the signal that Jia's waiting for. Once they were out they get started on preparing for the surprise. Mommy Det got the cake, Gizelle handed out the birthday hats, Jia and Mich were in charge of the poppers and the others held balloons. Miguel on the other hand is carrying the sunflower bouquet, which she'll then be handing to Bea to give to Jho
With the lights in the inside home getting switched off, it made Jho curious since she realized that her members are still inside
Jho: Bei why did they close the lights?
Bea: Huh weird. They didn't even go out with us. Let's go see
They make their way back while her arm is on Jho's neck
Bea: Guys?
Then the lights went back on, the team starts singing along with the poppers. Mommy Det goes near to Jho with the cake & Bea starts putting on Jho's birthday hat along with hers. As the song is about to end, Jho starts making her wish then blows the candles as the song ended. Jho was surprised but grateful for her team's surprise for her birthday and for the gifts that she received.
They decided to have cake first before leaving and went back to their dorm.
Once Bea and Jho arrived at the dorm, Jho's smile can still be vividly seen from her face & seeing that just made Bea's heart melt knowing that her surprise was a success and for a few before the night ends...
Bea: Jho
Jho: Yes Bei?
There it goes again, Jho's genuine smile that makes Bea's heart beat fast but she's trying to keep her composure to talk
Bea: Just wanted to say how thankful I am to have met you among everybody else in this university and in the team you were the one who approached me & look where we are now, we tight! We may just be on the start of our friendship but sincerely speaking Jho you meant the more to me than anybody else and I'm here asking to take the plunge with me, to take risks but if your not ready yet or don't want to-
Jho: You told me before that without me you wouldn't feel complete & I feel the same way Bei. Honestly speaking I'm scared of what's about to unfold if I take your choice but also scared to lose you on someone else so to answer your question, Yes. I'm willing to take the plunge with you and take risks but I need time. Time to fully accept everything, to adjust and to know if what I'll be doing is right. If things would turn out well then you'll be my first so I want to know if you're worth being my last
Their body's all shaking because they both started to cry in the middle of Jho's speech. They can just look at each other's eyes and feel that connection with each other.
They gave each other the longest hug before Bea broke it & went at the trunk of her car to get the bouquet of sunflowers. What was supposed to be handed a while ago but Bea decided to just give it at the right time, which is now
Bea: Thank you for accepting me Jho. Just like these sunflowers, you radiate such happiness that just melts my heart whenever I see that beautiful smile of yours & hope that you'll never get tired of doing that because your pretty like that
Jho: Your so cheesy tonight Isabel are you okay? Thank you so much for this gorgeous bouquet & I can't promise that I'll always be happy but I'll try to be when I'm with you so that one would be able to cheer the other one up when she's down
They shared one long hug again before going in the dorm and getting into their rooms
Bea: Goodnight Jhoana!
Jho: Goodnight Isabel!
Luckily when they entered their rooms both of their roommates are already asleep. They get ready for bed and with a smile on their heart & their faces
