"No!" Lizzie and Leon looked at each.

"Was that...?" Lizzie trailed as she looked towards the sound of the scream.

"He probably saw Lillith stub her toe. He seems to like her." Leon shrugged his shoulders and continued to lift up a fallen support beam.

"I think they'd be cute together." Lizzie helped the people, who were underneath the beam, up and carried an injured child. She put him down on top of a car and looked around.

"Next street. Come along." Leon ran forward but was knocked down.

"I heard news of some teenagers interrupting the takeover of the city. I didn't know there are four of you brats." The rhino said as he charged at Lizzie. Lizzie crystallised herself and the dodged. Leon got up and ran to Lizzie. He grabbed her arm and pulled her into an alley.

"Follow me." She nodded as they ran through the alleyways listening to the sounds of the rhino yelling. "Split. You might just be strong enough to knock him down." Lizzie ran off as Leon prepared. He took out a throwing knife and aimed for the rhino. It hit but didn't do much.

"There you are." He started running towards Leon but Lizzie lunged forward and smashed her fist into his temple. Her hand shattered on impact. Crystal shards flew as rhino fell to the ground.

"That was surprisingly quick." Leon boasted once more as he looked at the collapsed being. Lizzie grew a new crystal hand to replace her old one a left her crystal cocoon.

"That hurt." She said as she rubbed her wrist.

"Well... deal with it." Leon shrugged his shoulders and grabbed her wrist dragging her over to where they tb heard the yell earlier. They rounded the corner to see Evan carrying Lillith.

"What happened?" Lizzie asked as she yanked her wrist free from Leon's grasp.

"I... She. Um-- We fought Crossbones and we won and we were taking him to the Avengers but..er. There was an explosion and she was busy making sure I didn't strain or hurt myself and she was making sure no one shoot at me or..." Evan stumbled over his words and Lizzie put her hands out.

"Calm down, okay. What happened?" She asked.

"The explosion, um, shrapnel hit her in the back of the neck." He speeded out.

"Paper lace. Lillith is down." Leon said into his wrist watch.

"Right, get out. Leon, you know where our main medical base is." Vera's voice answers from the device. Leon looked up.

"Let's go." He started walking off.

"Wait! I'm going to stay and help for a bit longer, after I'm down I'll go to Delia's." Lizzie ran off down a street towards the fighting.

Leon sighed as he started running towards the jet, Evan followed close behind holding onto Lillith like he never wanted to let go. Leon climbed up a building with ease where as Evan used the yellow waves to help him up. The jet door opened and they entered, Evan gently placing Lillith down on a desk.

"Tell me where we're going." Evan ordered and sat down in the pilot's seat.

"Just head back to our warehouse." Leon said as he checked Lillith's pulse. She was alright, for now.
