Delaney’s POV:
I woke up to Matt getting out bed in his boxer briefs.
Damn.
I think as I bite my lip. He grabs a half empty water bottle, and drinks from it. He notices me smiling at him and winks. “Thirsty?” I cocked my eyebrows and gigged. He laughed as he put down the now empty water bottle, on the night stand. I watched as he put on a t-shirt a pair of basketball shorts. “Get some rest, beautiful.” He pecked my lips and left the room.
I rested for a good 20 minutes. I put on a shirt and the Addidas sweats he gave me a while back. I open the door and head for the stairs.
Matt’s POV:
*5 minutes earlier*
I was preparing a snack when I heard the door bell ring. I open it and Adrianne pushes her way into the house.
“What the hell are you doing here?” I ask sternly. “Baby I missed you-” she tried to kiss me, but I stepped away. “Why are you stalking me?” Adrianne looked behind me and smirked as if she saw something. Before I could turn around she pulled me in to kiss, I pulled away and turned around. Adrianne did see something, no she saw someone. She saw Delaney. “No, it’s not what it looks like-” “Really, because it looks like you two kissed.” Delaney’s voice was shaky. “Might as well tell her about the kiss that happened at the gym a few days ago.” Adrianne spoke loud and clear. “Really, after everything that happened between us. Why Matt?” I tried to stop her to explain everything but Delaney ran upstairs.
“I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW!” I yelled at Adrianne, and she walked out slamming the door.
I went upstairs and knocked on Delaney’s door. “Babe, let me in.” “I want nothing to do with you right now!” With those words I backed away and left to my room. I decided to relax by taking a hot shower.
When I was done I went to check on Delaney. Her door was cracked open. I opened to find she wasn’t in there. Just a small note on her bed.
